"It was basic, but clean. The owners are old and can come across rude but it's fine, at least it's clean. I was uneasy at first because I had not heard the best things about this location and its safety, but they're doing a good job on the renovations, and it's very affordable. "

The host was responsive, and we were able to get back in; however, my daughter-in-law was unable to respond to work issues while her laptop was locked inside. We also missed part of the Columbus Blue Jackets game due to dealing with the lock issue."
