On two wooded acres, experience the lake up close with just 14 stair steps to the beach, enjoy from the comfort of an expansive deck, or soak it in while relaxing in the hot tub. Sunsets give way to evening skies full of stars in this beautiful location.

You'll find this 4,500 square foot waterfront home a short drive up M22 to idyllic Frankfort or to the incredible Sleeping Bear Dunes. Even closer, the house is only a mile from Arcadia Dunes, the largest preserve of the Grand Traverse Regional Land Conservancy with 15 miles of trails. Closer still, stroll down a private staircase leading down to a soft sand beach where you can swim or launch the provided tandem kayak and stand-up paddleboard (multiple sizes of lifejackets are provided as well).

There's something for everyone nearby. Golfers can play the famed Arcadia Bluffs course which is only four miles away. Boaters can make the quick trip to Crystal Lake or Portage Lake for daily rentals. In the winter, venture to Michigan's best skiing at Crystal Mountain just minutes away.

This is the perfect spot for a memorable family reunion or friends getaway, offering beauty, comfort, and entertainment at every turn. Take out a provided bike to visit Inspiration Point or stroll the beloved Overlook Trail, or get your exercise at home using the Peloton (BYO log-in for classes). Set up bocce or the cornhole set out back, host a tournament on the shuffleboard table, or simply marvel at the view from nearly any room in this 2024-construction home.

The house is full of large rooms and generous spaces to gather, from the two-story great room to the more casual den. Two primary suites come with oversized windows to wake up gazing out at Lake Michigan. Prepare meals in a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances or head outside to barbecue on the Blackstone grill in the cool coastal breeze. Eat together at a 12-foot custom table that will seat multiple families. In the evenings, play board games by the fireplace, watch movies on the 75" basement TV, or sneak off to the desk workspace to log onto the high-speed WiFi.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

This home only rents Friday to Friday as weekly rentals in the summer months

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 10 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is one doorbell security camera, one camera over the back deck, and one camera over the patio.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
