The villa is composed of:
3 bedrooms with queen size bed or 2 separate beds,
1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds + 1 bed of 80
4 toilets with showers and toilets for everyone's independence
1 living room with sofa and comfortable armchairs.

Take advantage of 2 large sunny terraces (South and West) with garden furniture with barbecue and a tree-lined and cool garden for hot summer days.

The whole "village" just a stone's throw away: beach, cafes, restaurants, ice cream parlors, pharmacy, newspapers and oyster bar!

No car needed!

Ecological shuttle (electric) between the city center (3 k) and our residential and "trendy" district of Moulleau Village.

Un bel endroit pour un séjour en famille
Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans cette belle maison de 5 chambres à la literie confortable. Un endroit idéal pour un rassemblement familial : une cuisine très fonctionnelle et une table de salle à manger très conviviale pouvant facilement contenir jusqu’à 10 personnes. Une terrasse ensoleillée le matin pouvant servir au petit déjeuner, puis plus tard pour les apéritifs et les goûters. La maison est également très proche de la plage et d’une épicerie où l’on trouve pratiquement tout, ce qui est très pratique (les 2 à moins de 3’ à pied). Ce tableau est malheureusement terni par un sérieux bémol : cette maison aurait besoin d’un gros nettoyage, ce qui manifestement n’a pas été fait depuis très longtemps vu la saleté du sol, l’odeur d’humidité dans l’une des chambres, les toiles d’araignées un peu partout et la poussière omniprésente. Personnes sensibles et allergiques, passez votre chemin ! Nous avons également préféré relaver les ustensiles de cuisine que nous avons utilisés ! Un bon coup de peinture finirait de redonner tout son cachet à cette maison qui sans ça continuerait à se dégrader, ce qui serait franchement dommage tant elle a de charme. Une maison où d’ailleurs nous séjournerions à nouveau avec beaucoup de plaisir…moyennant quelques améliorations.

Non conforme
Attention l annonce et non conforme. Il n y a pas 5 chambres mais 4. Idem pour les salles de bains il y en a 2 ou il faut enjamber les wc pour entrer dans la douche. Nous n avons même pas eu accès aux machines à laver, la pièce étaient fermée à clefs. Les enfants n ont pas voulu dormir dans une des chambres tellement il y avait d araignée qui couraient au plafond. Les extérieurs ne sont pas entretenus. C est dommage car la maison pourraient être super, l accueil est très agréable. Mais pas à renouveler dans l état.
