Renovated apartment, excellent condition, 60 m² for 4 people maximum, in a luxury residence with lift (apartment on the 1st floor), secure private parking space in the residence.

100 m from the train station, 5 mins walk from the hyper center. Beach and seafront at 400 m. Nearby, you will find all the amenities: very practical bus lines, Casino supermarket, Leclerc, restaurants, snacks, bakery/pastry shop, PMU, post office, scooter bike rental, etc.

Non-smoking apartment
Fully equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, washing machine with drying rack, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, toaster, 2 coffee makers, a classic and a Krups Dolce Gusto, kettle.
2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with a 160 cm bed, bedroom 2 with a 160 cm bed or 2 80 cm beds. Bathroom with shower and WC, hair dryer.
Equipment: TV in living room. No Wi-Fi access
Bed and bathroom linen are provided
Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
On request, end of stay cleaning is possible. It will be charged 70 Euros, to be paid on the day of arrival.
Rental is by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Departs at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
A seasonal furnished rental contract will be signed by both parties.
Deposit by check (not cashed): €300 upon delivery of the keys, returned within 15 days.
Tourist tax to be paid on the day of entry into the rental.
