Well equipped with good size rooms. Walking distance to shops and restaurants
Arcachon itself is beautiful to visit - lots to do and see. The property is in a good location, walking distance to amentities. With two small children, we found that we did not in fact go to the nearest beach but drove around to plage Periere, as it was easier to park and a shorter walk from beach to sea. The house is well equipped and rooms are a good size. The only drawback for us was the proximity of the garden to road, and our very young children playing outside the front of the property. Possibly not a problem for many people, but a slight drawback for us. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend the property and a visit to Arcachon.

Arrivée difficile mais bon séjour
Après plusieurs conversations téléphoniques avec la propriétaire puis l absence de personne à l arrivée, le début de notre séjour a très mal commencé ! La maison est conçue pour une location pour 2 personnes ( 4 personnes sur les papiers, comme une chambre est improvisée dans la salle à manger) , de plus présence d infiltration avec moisissure importante sur un mur et siffon de douche bouché dès la première journée.... La cuisine était bien équipée et bien décrite comme dans l exposé. Notre séjour d une semaine s est heureusement bien fini comme le temps était de la partie et la remplaçante temporaire de la propriétaire professionnelle.

Sehr schöne ruhige und gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit umfangreicher Ausstattung der Küche und ausreichend Geschirr etc. für 4 Personen. 350m Entfernt von Bäcker und Lidl für Verpflegung. Gepflegter schöner Garten. Parkmöglichkeit direkt auf dem Grundstück. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Rez de chaussée de la villa (le reste étant inoccupé), ultra propre, très calme, jardin très agréable, sans vis a vis pour les repas sur la terrasse . Très bonne literie . Accueil fort sympathique ! Je recommande !!

Calme et proche du sympathique quartier de l'Aiguillon
Un bon emplacement loin de la cohue du centre d'Arcachon. Le mieux est de pouvoir faire du vélo car besoin de la voiture pour accéder aux plages. Très calme, nous avons apprécié la terrasse sans vis-à-vis où nous prenions tous nos repas à l'extérieur. Un accueil de la propriétaire très sympathique ; le logement est très propre et fonctionnel.

Super séjour
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec nos 2 enfants. Le logement est parfait et nous avons profité du barbecue dans le jardin le soir en rentrant de la plage. Nous avons également été très bien accueilli par notre hôte. Je recommande ! A bientôt j'espère

Schöne Ferienwohnung - für 4 Personen ungeeignet
Schöne, gut gelegene Ferienwohnung mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Für 2 Personen geeignet, denn einfach ein 2. kleines Bett hinzustellen, reicht nicht. Es müssen auch Gläser, Tassen, Besteck usw. und Sitzgelegenheiten dabeisein. 3 große Sessel und ein Eßtisch, der viel zu groß für das Zimmer ist, reicht auch nicht. Sonst sind alle notwendigen Geräte vorhanden. Es gibt keine normalen Messer, nur Steakmesser, mit dem man kein Baguette machen kann. Es wird eine Kaution von 500 € verlangt - steht nirgends.

De belles vacances à Arcachon
Nous avons fortement apprécié la maison, bien équipée et située dans un quartier calme. Un beau jardin permettant de rentrer un véhicule et une belle terrasse abritée constituent des atouts pour cette propriété. La maison était très propre et disposait de literies de qualité. Nous remercions également la propriétaire pour son accueil agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

sehr schönes kleines Haus, in ruhiger aber zentrler Lage zum Ort
Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage im Haus Bernhard. Das Haus ist schon etwas älter, aber es war alles vorhanden. Auch eine kleine Überdachung auf der Terrasse für einen gemütlichen Abend. Marie-France war eine gute Gastgeberin und sie war sehr zuvorkommend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Fahrradverleih war im Umkreis fußläufig zu erreichen.

Maison bien équipée
Maison dont on occupe le bas uniquement qui comprend 2 chambres séparées et une terrasse. Certes un peu excentrée mais au calme et avec facilités de stationnement (parking en face). Nous avions nos vélos et donc c'était parfait car il y a de nombreuses pistes cyclables pour circuler sur Arcachon. La literie est excellente et la vaisselle nombreuse. Bonne batterie de cuisine également ce qui est rare en location ! La propriétaire est de plus gentille et agréable

Agréable petite maison de 70 m². Jardin et terrasse très agréable. Nous y avons passé 2 semaines avec nos deux filles. Supermarché à proximité, belles plages centrales à 10 min en voiture. Facilités de parking juste devant la maison. Propriétaire très gentille. Endroit très calme pour un repos assuré ! Et les meilleurs croissants et viennoiseries que j'ai mangés Ô Fournil du Port (à 10 min à pied, près du vieux port).
