Spend an ideal holiday on the Arcachon basin in the heart of the Abatilles not far from Moulleau in a villa of 210 m, classified 5 * tourist residence for 10 people, redone by architect in 2012, open on a plot of 820m2 with trees and a heated swimming pool built in 2014 of 8m x 3.5m secured with electric shutter buried in accordance with current standards.

This house located in the immediate vicinity of the Aho shuttle line A and the Baïa line 1, 150 m from shops and cycle paths, 300 m from the tennis courts, less than 10 minutes' walk from Péreire beach (via the park) and 2 km from the golf course, consists of 5 spacious rooms 21, 19, 16, 15 and 11 m2 each with their shower and sink or adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower and finally a large living room of 70 m2 (living room, dining room and kitchen) opening entirely onto large wooden terraces and a garden with huge sliding picture windows. It also includes a library entrance, 3 WCs and a 24m2 laundry room / garage.

Top-of-the-range household appliances, Free revolution broadband internet, wifi relayed throughout the house, Yamaha musicast Aventage stereo hifi system with Bluetooth or Airplay connection from your Android / iPhone, large LCD TV screen, garden furniture (table for take meals, coffee table, numerous sun loungers by the swimming pool, table tennis table, large Spirit Weber gas barbecue and plancha three gas ramps are also available.
End of stay cleaning is included at no additional cost.
Linen is optional at a cost of 20 euros per person and includes hand towel, bath towel, bath mat, fitted sheet, duvet cover and tea towels at a price of 20 euros per person.

Perfect Home for 3 families +1 vacationing together!
The owner met us at the house and was very thorough in her help in getting us comfortable with the property. There were 11 of us with 4 children under the age of 5. The house was absolutely perfect for each family! Each adult couple got their own bedroom and with pull out beds and sofa sleepers in the den and the crib, we were all set. 3 rooms have their own in room showers. Perfect! The great room was fantastic for everyone. We could be fixing dinners as the kids combined indoor and outdoor activities within our visibility. The pool was awesome and we’re very happy it had a safety cover when not in use. The house location was perfect to also rent bikes and ride to many destinations (even to the dunes!) Walking distance to local market for morning baguettes and croissants. Kids would sit at barstools for early morning croissants. Outside on the patio for lunch and in the evening, we barbecued and all had dinner around the large table with French wine from the local store. It was perfect for us. The ability to open glass wall doors on all sides on such a lush property was very lovely. The house appliances are top notch and tons of kitchen tools and place settings were great. More than enough linens for everything we needed. Pillows and blankets were nice quality and all beds were comfortable. There are playgrounds and so many attractions in a short drive or bike ride. Absolutely recommend staying here!

A good base for a seaside holiday
A well-appointed and spacious house set in a shady garden, in a peaceful suburb of Arcachon. Walkable to the beach and good beachside restaurants, close to a bus stop for trips to Arcachon, beaches and ferry rides across the Bay.

Maison pour vacances de rêves
Luc nous a chaleureusement accueillis et nous a fait visiter la maison, en nous fournissant toutes les instructions et conseils nécessaires pour un séjour agréable. Hébergement de groupe rêvé à Arcachon !
Nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuses à cette fabuleuse villa d’Arcachon qui possède tous les atouts pour des vacances estivales en groupe parfaites. Notre groupe de 8 a pu profiter des lieux, de la terrasse, de la jolie piscine et des précieux conseils de ses hôtes. On avait le goût d’y rester tout l’été. Merci pour les beaux souvenirs.

La maison est parfaitement équipée, joliment décorée et surtout extrêmement bien placée ! Florence est vraiment adorable. Seul petite déception, la piscine n'était pas encore chauffée c'était un peu tôt dans la saison. Super maison que je recommande !

Wonderful House
We had a great stay in this wonderful house. The location is very convenient for all purposes. Luc and Florence are very friendly and welcoming hosts. The house is very comfortable and has a big open kitchen/living area, but also a big terrace, a lush garden and a pool to spend time outside. All in all a perfect place for holidays in Arcachon.

Kleine teleurstelling maar volop genoten.
Wij hadden ons verheugd op het mooie huis en het verwarmde zwembad. Dat bleek echter in deze tijd van het jaar niet verwarmd. Dat was een teleurstelling maar het fijne huis, het mooie weer en het strand als alternatief maakten alles goed!

Beste Lage um Arcachon zu entdecken!
Wir verbrachten in einer Gruppe von 6 Erwachsenen unsere Ferien in diesem tollen Haus. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung, die Küche war super ausgestattet. Alles war vorhanden incl. Waschmittel und Tabs und Gasgrill. Die Schlafzimmer und Betten waren super. Auch die Tischtennisplatte haben wir intensiv genutzt. Alles war fein!

Très belle maison agréable, pratique et fonctionnelle
Maison bien agencée avec tout le confort rêvé pour les 6 adultes ( 3 ménages/ 3 sdb/ 3WC ) que nous étions avec 2 jeunes enfants de 9 et 20 mois. Rien n'a manqué dans la maison qui ...ne manque pas de charme- la piscine est très agréable, chauffée à 26° - 800 m de la plage Pereire - 25' à pied de l'embarcadère pour l'excursion Ile aux oiseaux - Très bon séjour !

Einfach perfekt…
Florence hat uns sehr nett empfangen und war immer als Ansprechpartnerin erreichbar für Fragen. Danke nochmal, liebe Florence! Das Haus ist genauso schön wie auf den Fotos und bietet viel Platz (wir waren zwei Familien mit insgesamt 5 Teenagern). Besonders beeindruckend war die Ausstattung: es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Die Lage ist genial, kurze Wege mit dem Fahrrad zum Strand, in den Ort Arcachon und um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Zu den Stränden, an denen mehr Wellengang ist, zB. zum Surfen, benötigt man ein Auto. Und zum Einkaufen. Parken war kein Problem. Da der Pool beheizt ist, waren die Kinder manchmal stundenlang beschäftigt (manchmal zum Unmut der Nachbarn:). Wir hatten einen tollen, erholsamen Urlaub und können die Unterkunft wirklich wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Séjour de rêve!
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La maison a été rénovée avec goût et est très lumineuse. Les photos rendent bien la réalité du lieu. Mention spéciale pour la pièce de vie : grâce aux baies vitrées, c'est un bain de verdure. Nous étions entre amies, dont 1 en télétravail. La propriétaire nous a proposé d'installer un bureau dans une des chambre. Excellente connection internet. De même, équipement très complet de la cuisine. Le jardin est calme et bien arboré. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car hors saison, hélas. Enfin, la maison bénéficie de petits commerce à environ 500 m. Bref, n'hésitez pas si vous souhaitez un séjour au calme à Arcachon!
