"A very well kept house and garden about 1km from the beaches of Puntu Izu. The house is bright and modern inside and had everything we needed for a two week stay. The children enjoyed playing in the garden around and the veranda was a lovely, shaded spot to sit and look at the view. The landlady was welcoming and helpful and there was plenty of information in the house to show us where to explore the local area. Overall a lovely stay."

"Sardinia is undoubtedly a lovely place but, for me, the best part of our holiday was Paola's house. It was literally steps from the sea and the relaxing sounds of the waves were the background to a much needed holiday for 6 stressed adults! The details now. The beds are very comfortable and the shower pressure is excellent. The kitchen is equipped to cook your meals but there are takeaway and eat in pizza places within easy walking distance even for an old bird like me! We also ate at the bar...

"We had a good stay at the house but there is a few things missing or not functionning. The oven, and 2 fires of the stove were not working; there was no hot water in the upper house; the kitchen is pretty small for the number of people; there is no toaster and no boiler. Otherwise the house is big and the outside area with view on the sea really nice. Nothing to do with the hoise but there is very loud music coming from a club several evenings of the week. Thank you !"

"Beautiful accommodation a short walk from the sea. The house and terrace provide privacy, there is minimal traffic on the driveway. We really enjoyed our stay, the host was kind and helpful. The small market was closed in May, for larger purchases it is advisable to go to Terralba for example (about 30 min). "You need to know that the villa is not crowded in with other vacation places in the area- it stands apart and alone above the Mediterranean. All the amenities are very good- pool is excellent! The beach is walking distance and great. Food is more of a problem as the kitchen is not set up for lots of fine cooking; there are good restaurants but know these are mostly 20-30 minutes away by car. Overall my freinds and I thought this was a superb stay."
