our house is an independent semi-detached house of 70 cubic meters, and terrace of 30 cubic meters and the garden facing the sea, recommended for lovers of tranquility and human relationship, reserved and completely surrounded and enclosed within a fence and shady trees, under rock with the hammock. The place the car is outside but visible from all parts of the house.
The house is organized with 2 bedrooms (one double with a beautiful sea view and garden below and also the small children's room faces the same side, 1 extremely functional bathroom equipped with every essential service while the living area with kitchen 25 mc overlooks both the sea with two windows and also on the terrace where you can dine in front of unforgettable sunsets Finally a shared shower very comfortable and reserved, to conclude
condominium entrance but with independent door. In the south-west coast of Sardinia, far from mass tourism, there is the GREEN COAST, known for the transparency of its waters, rich in beaches, with hidden rocky coves, characterized by wide dunes (the largest in Europe: the famous dunes of PISCINAS 6 km from our house), beautiful underwater caves and reefs inhabited by fish of various kinds, possibility of excursions of various kinds, also possibility of treking to the arcuentu mountain and night trips even with own car to see local fauna
