Open up the bi-fold doors to connect this space to the open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Wester Den has 3 bedrooms so you can choose who takes the 2 upstairs bedrooms with the family bathroom, large shower and luxurious freestanding bath. One of the bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the terrace, under the glass roof. Or do you choose the master suite which has its own staircase up to a private relaxing seating area? With a superking bed on the ground floor which can also be split into twin beds and a walk-in dressing area/wardrobe and ensuite shower room. French doors lead directly out onto the terrace with views of the countryside. In the colder months, have cosy nights in, in front of the log burner, watching movies on the 65" smart TV. Arbroath is a wonderful base with many local tourist attractions and easy routes to explore further afield, to Dundee, St Andrews, Aberdeen & Edinburgh. Arbroath is commonly known as the birthplace of Scotland with its Arbroath Abbey, founded in 1178 and famous for the 1320 Declaration of Scottish Independence. The Championship Golf Course at Carnoustie is a short 15 min drive away and St Andrews with its many famous golf courses is 45 mins drive.
