"The villa is very nice, very clean and well equipped. Easy access to Biarritz, Bayonne, St Jean and San Sebastien so a great location to explore all that SW France has to offer. Lovely baker 10 mins away and an excellent supermarket 15 mins away. The owner's husband kindly drove to both to show us how to get to them. However, despite paying the not insignificant additional cleaning charge, we were given a long lecture on arrival on keeping the kitchen clean, the BBQ clean and putting every item...

La terrasse ainsi que le jardin sont très agréables et très bien équipé (ping-pong, volley/badminton/basket/foot). Les chevaux et les moutons au fond du jardin ajoutent aussi bcq de charme. Went thru a thorough check in showing us everything, even with a bit of a language barrier (thank goodness for Google translate) Sandrine is absolutely wonderful and super responsive! "6 adults enjoyed the spaces that the home had and we loved the location because it was close to the beach and restaurants! Each bedroom having their own bathroom was great! Having garage parking was helpful. Room darkening shutters were awesome! The house was beautiful, clean and we felt totally safe. "Overall, disappointed as there were a few things that detracted from our experience in the property. The main blind in the master bedroom had been completely removed. Therefore we did not have any blinds to reduce the sunlight in the morning. It meant no sleep ins... The bathroom light in the second bedroom was not functioning. My elderly parents were staying there and we had to set them up with a lamp in the bathroom as an alternative. Both of these issues were flagged to the property...

Le jardin est spacieux et la vue de la terrasse est splendide ! Le propriétaire est extrêmement agréable, sympathique et honnête. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié son sens de l’accueil et ses précieux conseils, de même que sa gentillesse. Tous les éléments étaient là pour un séjour agréable au Pays Basque !
