They were overwhelmed by the guest and felt like not used to or interested to serve multiple options of food. "I booked this through expedia and paid upfront for non refundable fees. Once i reached the location the manager there said they did not receive any booking and they dont have any information. There were no rooms available around so I had to pay him in cash again for the room for which he overcharged for a disgusting small room where you can barely walk. Expedia did not even respond during that time when i tried their support option. I would never advise this hotel. "
