"The overall experience is on another level. The design and architecture are amazing, with lots of wildlife around the property. The staff are exceptionally professional. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options, all of which were delicious. One tip: try to avoid the busiest times for breakfast and dinner, as it can get very crowded and noisy. Take some time to walk around the property and immerse yourself in the nature and architecture created by Geoffrey Bawa."

"We had an amazing stay at Jetwing Lake. What a beautiful and unique property with a stunning pool! It was so easy to visit Sigiriya and the Eco Park from there. The staff were amazing. And the food was excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets each night. "Loved our stay at Eden Garden whilst visiting the cultural triangle. Room clean, comfortable and spacious. All of the staff were excellent. Helped us organise trips in the area (Polonnaruwa, Sigiriya and Eco-park safari) as well as onward transport to our next destination. Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner was served with a smile and tasted amazing. Highly recommend rice and curry (various choices), served with different vegetable side dishes and sambal. We didnt feel the need to dine anywhere else the food was so good. Hotel also offered laundry service which was reasonably priced. Convenient location, 10 minute walk to Dambulla centre where you will find a choice of banks, Cargills supermarket and various shops."

"Terrible conditions in the room. There were bugs, old towels and torn bed sheets. Did not have adequate hot water. Faucet controls were falling off. One of two air conditioners was not working. Pool was not usable, the water was cloudy. This property should be delisted from hotels.com. "
