Superior self catering apartment in traditional alpine village. Equipped to a high standard and commanding outstanding views from the south facing balcony. The property is a few minutes walk to the Telecabine and to the village centre.

The apartment is part of a small complex situated in a peaceful area just away from the village centre, but within easy reach of all amenities. To the rear of the property is a small decking area, while the balcony at the front is the ideal spot to view village life and watch the sun go down over the mountains.

Compact traditional French apartment

We had a great time in the appartment. Well located at Les Carroz near shops and ski lifts. The communication with our host Martin was simple, helpful and spontaneous. Definitively recommandée for a family of 5.

Very comfortable and well appointed chalet. Warm and cosy, everything worked well, beds very comfortable, wet kit dried quickly, comfy sitting room. Plenty of warmth and hot water. Resort perfect for a young to aged skiing party. Note chalet is down steps, through a swing door, the last on the left before a hairpin turn to the right.

Great 2 week Ski Holiday Stay
My family of 4 had a great 2 weeks at Martin's apartment in Les Carroz. The location was very convenient with a very short walk to the telecabine (we rented a locker to keep our skis which made it even easier) and an equally short walk to the village. The apartment was very cozy with fabulous views onto the mountain. We had all the supplies we needed and the washer & dishwasher were very welcome conveniences. Martin was very quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in a lovely apartment
Had a great week in this lovely apartment. Very well equipped and clean. Was easy to find with the instructions and we soon found the quick way down to the village, approx. 8mins walk away. Telecabine was the same time away too. Walking back up the steps was a bit of a killer though :) The apartment really does have everything needed for an enjoyable stay.

Bon rapport qualité/prix
bonne localisation même si un peu haut pour retour avec ses skis & pas de local ski au niveau de la télécabine de Kedeuze, Espace intéressant (55m2) & 2/3 chambre en duplex Equipement complet. Abord compliqués pour accès (pas de lumière et glissant si neige)

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans l’appartement de Martin. C’était très agréable, les espaces sont optimisés, ce qui permet d’être à 6 confortablement. Martin est très réactif dans la communication ce qui facilite beaucoup les échanges. Je recommande cet endroit même si cela peut s’avérer un peu fatiguant de remonter tous ces escaliers pour des personnes d’un âge avancé.

Location, très bien situé. Proche de tous commerce, tout peux se faire à pieds. Quasiment à côté de la télécabine pour le ski. A relouer, pour une prochaine fois.

Bon emplacement
Le chalet est situé à proximité des pistes et non loin du centre des Carroz. La vue du balcon est magnifique. Le point négatif est l’accès au Chalet, très glissant sur la neige et boueux au dégel il serait bien de l aménager.

Idéalement situé et vue magnifique
Appartement conforme à la description avec tous ce qu il faut. Commerces et pistes à 5 min à pied. Vue magnifique du balcon. Seul bémol l accès à l appartement qui aurait vraiment besoin d être refaite car dangereuse et boueuse en cas de pluie et de verglas.

Très bon séjour !
Appartement spacieux et très confortable. Bien chauffé, bien équipé. Le balcon propose une vue dégagée sur le village Les Carroz-d'Arâches et la chaine des Aravis. C'est magnifique. Le linge de lit étant fourni, cela épargne du travail de lingerie. Les aires de parking sont proches du logement. L'accès au village à pied reste facile malgré le léger dénivelé. Nous avons apprécié la réactivité des propriétaires sur le site d'Abritel. Un très agréable séjour à la neige !

Logement conforme à la description. pièce de vie agréable, ainsi que les 3 chambres et le balcon. l'accès peut être glissant en cas de neige ou de gel et s'avère compliqué avec le matériel de ski. Le logement est bien situé par rapport aux remontées mécaniques, à condition de prendre une consigne proposée par la station.

Logement très bien agencè et prpre exposition superbe et panoramique. èquipement impècable Seul bèmol a l arrivèe il a fallu casser la neige glacèe sur les marches a l aide d une binette empruntèe a un voisin pour acceder au chalet .Très bon sèjour

Presque parfait
Appartement très bien situé avec une jolie vue du balcon sur la Kedeuse et sur les Carroz. Difficile toutefois de se garer à proximité de celui ci. Accès à l appartement difficile d accès en cas de neige, ou de glace pour nous, car en descente et avec les enfants de nombreuses chutes donc très dangereux. Au niveau de l appartement rien à dire niveau espace équipement vaisselle etc... WiFi OK tout était fonctionnel plaque lave vaisselle machine à laver tv. Par contre literie catastrophique. Lit 2 places dur comme du cailloux, mal de dos pendant une semaine et lit superposés matelas du bas complètement hs. A remplacé au plus vite. Sinon très bon séjour encore merci à bientôt peut être si vous changez de matelas 😉😉😉😉😉😉.
