Bom lugar pra descansar e tomar banho de mar, mas a manutenção do hotel fica a desejar. Faltando melhorias nos banheiros dos quartos e melhorar o restaurante. Tem potencial pra melhorar.

Bom hotel mas...
Hotel com boa infraestrutura, pessoal solicito e atencioso, bom café da manhã, porém falta manutenção, a fechadura da porta do quarto só fechava com a chave, a do banheiro parecia que iria cair a qualquer momento. Além disso depois das 10hs o restaurante colocava música do que eles chamavam radio Hotel Casa do Mar que só tocava música tipo sertanejo sofrencia e isso ia até as 16hs, era tão alto que incomodava dentro do quarto, tivemos que pedir para baixarem o som. Embora não goste desse tipo de música, não me incomodaria se ela estivesse misturada com outros tipos, como músicas nordestinas de Fagner, Alceu Valdnça, Jose Ramalho, Luis Gonzaga, etc, mas ela por quase seis horas continuas é demais.

O hotel muito bom, lugar excelente para relaxar e fugir da correria do dia a dia. Tivemos dois contratempos, um na chegada com a falta de água no banheiro mas que foi rapidamente solucionado e o outro foi que no penúltimo dia de estadia faltaram toalhas para uso na piscina. Nada que pudesse atrapalhar nossa estadia. Com relação ao restaurante as comidas são deliciosas, deixo apenas como sugestão criar noites temáticas, como das massas, feijoada nos sábados etc

Pode melhorar.
O principal ponto negativo foi o restaurante do hotel. Demora no preparo dos pratos, inclusive um simples pastel ou sanduíche com mais de 1 hora pra chegar, pedidos com itens trocados, cobrança de bebida em duplicidade, garçom sem preparo. Outro fator negativo é na sustentabilidade, o hotel usa canudos de plásticos e desperdiça água, torneira pingando no quarto, caixa d’água cheia e vazando por um longo período.

Ótima Estadia
Nós conhecemos o hotel neste mês de setembro e, na nossa avaliação, consiste em um excelente ambiente para viajar com a família e casal. O hotel é bem estruturado, com área de lazer com piscina, hidromassagem, redes, puffs, vários locais para descansar e mesa de sinuca. O restaurante é simplesmente deslumbrante para almoço e jantar. O café da manhã é completo, inclusive, com culinária regional como tapioca e cuscuz por exemplo. O atendimento do restaurante é um diferencial. No horário de 16h30 às 17h é servido o petit café, incluso na diária, com café, leite, chá, torradas e bolo. Na recepção você é informado sobre todas as peculiaridades do hotel, tais como horários, regras, uso de toalhas, piscina, Wi-Fi e etc, tudo muito bem explicado de forma atenciosa. Com relação ao quarto, não deixa nada a desejar em um ambiente de praia. A TV é UHF, não pega muitos canais, mas achei isso irrelevante, dado que existem opções de lazer interessantes. O chuveiro não é elétrico, mas há uma central de aquecimento, então, demora um pouco para aquecer, mas existe banho quente. As toalhas no quarto deixam um pouco a desejar, as que são entregues na recepção são melhores. Senti falta de uma mesinha dentro do quarto, seja para uma refeição ou para colocar um computador, por exemplo. O hotel fica, aproximadamente, 10km depois do centro de icapuí, na praia de Tremembé, a localização aqui no Hotéis.com está errada. No mais, a experiência foi ótima e esperamos retornar em breve!
