My first trip to Brazil

The Hotel is very clean and the staff was very professional and helpful. It was very close to the beach and other tourist sights. Loved the stay the whole time. Cant wait to go back

Fiz o check-in previamente, todavia, ao chegar no hotel fiquei em uma fila de 30 minutos e o recepcionista que não constava o check-in. Ao apresentar a comprovação no celular a outra recepcionista liderou as chaves. Quarto pequeno e desconfortável com cama de solteiro acima da cama de casal. Café da manhã fraco e caro. Bom estacionamento e a maioria dos funcionários simpática. Não pretendo mais hospedar neste hotel.

Atendimento recepção , apesar de educado, deixou a desejar. MINI quarto, voce mal consegue se mexer. Vaso sanitário sem ducha higienica ( isso é muito importante pata muitos clientes). Ar condicionado apresentou problemas de regulagem ( só solucionado após segundo pedido). Travesseiros são baixos demais. Recepação precisa ser mais be, treinada. Café da manha muito bom. Localização excelente, o pessoal de apoio e atendimento é incrível, bem acessível. Só não gostei do apartamento triplo com uma beliche em cima da cabeceira de uma cama de casal. Ao levantar batíamos a cabeça na madeira do beliche, não tinha armários para roupas. Ficou apertadinho para 3 pessoas. Pelo custo e benefício foi bom

Estadia ruim (não voltaremos)

O funcionário Lucas (restaurante) é mal-humorado, arrogante e nada receptivo. Achamos até que ele era o dono da Rede Accor. Apareceu uma barata no nosso quarto 664 Anexo uma foto que tirei da baratinha. Pedi um travesseiro adicional para elevar o colchão, porque tenho histórico de trombose. O pedido foi sumariamente negado. Pedimos toalhas na recepção para uso na academia, pedido sumariamente negado. Pedimos para tomar café 5 minutos antes do início previsto, porque o passeio de Xingó inicia muito cedo. O pedido foi sumariamente negado pela funcionária. Uma deselegância imperdoável. Havia muitas moscas no buffet, pousando nos alimentos. Por fim, temos de elogiar a recepção da grande maioria dos funcionários. Em especial o funcionário “Léo” que sempre foi receptivo, cordial e amigável. Esse funcionário merece um elogio da nossa parte.

Hotel bem localizado, no entanto, deixa muito a desejar quanto a conforto. Quarto muito pequeno e banheiro sem privacidade para uma família de casal e adolescente de 14 anos. A foto do anúncio mostra cama de solteiro ao lado da cama de casal e não uma cama de solteiro acima da cama de casal, o que deixa o quarto extremamente apertado. Instalações antigas e algumas demandam manutenção. Cama desconfortável. Café da manhã pago à parte razoável, tendo em vista o preço cobrado (R$ 38,00 por pessoa/dia).
