"First off-Andrea was gracious to let us in early but the address of the property is wrong so after several times walking up and down the street we found the place only after messaging Andrea for the exact location. He had said he left the key in the door so in the 1st floor terrace. USA 1st floor is street level and Italy is apparently the next level up so then we couldn’t fnd the unit. "We stayed at Franceshi Park on a recent ski trip to Cortina with friends. Great location for buses to the tram (Tofana) and gondola (Faloria), very easy walk to town, great breakfast, excellent bar and restaurant, interesting spa area. The rooms are a little dated but the bathrooms have been recently renovated. Overall, great value and excellent experience."

"We had an incredible stay. The room was spacious and clean. Food was excellent, the staff very friendly and ready to help. The spa is lovely. We loved it so much that we considered coming again for a short stay during the Summer as well. The only small inconvenience I would say, the ski in and out is not really accurate, you have to walk about 3-5 min to the slope. Otherwise everything was absolutely top notch. "
