Last year i did an intership at 'Oye LENA'.

Oye LENA consists of three educational projects:
– Oye NENE, afterschool nursery education,
– Oye INTI WARMA, education for children with a disability,
– Oye YACHAQ, a partnership with the local population to work towards better education.

Besides the wonderful kids I had to work with, I was really lucky to wake up everyday with this view! They will be seeing me there again, for sure!

"It was a great stop over. The town is super cool. A lot of things going on. I wouldn’t stay for more than a day as nothing is really there. The town is interesting in the fact that it is like a big market and auto parts town. The hotel is nice and clean. The owner is super nice and helpful. "Very bad experience!!! Once we got there, they wanted to charge us significantly more than what we booked with hotels.com; it took over 30 mins of arguing before they honored the right price. Customer was completely awful! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! To make things worse, no hot water and the room walls are paper thin. You could hear everyone coming in and out of the hotel. Oh... then to save not paying hotels.com a commission fee, they cancelled my booking. Now I'm going to have to fight to...

"We turned up. They never had an Expedia booking with us in their. system. We called expedia twice but they were unable to contact the hotel. So Expedia failed us completely. No booking. So beware if you book this hotel via expedia that your booking will not be in its system. The hotel looked quite dirty. We were showed one room where the running water did not work. A second room also failed running water"
