The Space:
Parking is available outside this ground floor unit. Step inside to a spacious bedroom with tv, a bathroom with step in shower/tub and sink with cabinets and space for your personal toiletries. A wet bar is situated across from the desk. Large open floorplan offers dining area, oversized living room with cross seating to play games or watch the large tv above the fireplace. Kitchen is upgraded to include stainless steel appliances. Mid-size refrigerator with separate top freezer, microwave, oven/range stove, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker and toaster. (NOTE: most 1b offer only a kitchenette!) The private first floor balcony off the living room offers views of the canyon. Just outside is the magical walking path that leads down to the ocean with beach access.
Guest Access:
PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during stay. We will send out the check in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.
FREE AMENITIES: Use of pools (3) and jacuzzis (3); access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace. Use of walking paths and overlook benches.
Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).
Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, fitness facility, bonfire pit rentals and bike rentals are not available to private renters.
The Neighborhood:
Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, Seascape Beach Resort gorgeous accommodations overlooking the Monterey Bay.
The entire resort sits atop breathtaking bluffs overlooking the ocean and beaches below. The walking path in the center of the resort leads down to the beach.
On the resort you will find The Seascape Park, Numerous walking paths, The Sanderlings Restaurant and bar, 3 pools and spas, and a full gym (gym access with additional fee paid on-site).
Across the street from the resort you will find Seascape Village which offers restaurants, cafes and shops.
The PGA rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes from the resort.
In the Heart of Aptos just over three miles or 10 minutes drive away you will discover what happens when the redwoods meet the sea. This idyllic setting is perfect for mountain biking, hiking or exploring the historic village. In the village you will meet the lovely people of Aptos who love their town and it's visitors. Pick your favorite spot to start and your adventure begins-many will invite you to enjoy the happenings of the day throughout the town. There are so many things to do here including wine tasting, shopping, pub crawling, fine dining and so much more. Take a hike in the Forest of Nisene Marks State Park-it's magical!

Getting Around:
Complimentary parking is available outside the unit and throughout the resort property.
All on-site amenities are accessible by walking paths or if preferred by car.
To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.
NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.
The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking.
The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10 minutes drive.
Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. Shampoo and body wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).
We provide a well-stocked villa for your stay including a kitchen complete with pots, pans and dishes and utensils - everything you will need for cooking a hearty breakfast, lunch break or family dinner after a day of adventure. We supply Keurig coffee maker and pods and there is a guest supply closet by the front door with additional supplies. An electric grill is located on the patio.
Pool towels and a safe, as well as additional bedding supplies can be found in the bedroom closets.
A blue tooth speaker and radio is in the living room. You will find games and a drawer full of DVD’s in the cabinet under the TV as well as many beach toys and lawn games in the hamper on the patio. Please return all games and toys to their locations complete as you found them for the next guest to enjoy.
Concierge services, front desk services, access to golf carts are not available. Room service through the resort is not available, but DoorDash, UberEats and pizza delivery all are accessible to order delivery to the villa.
The fitness facility and bike rentals available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).
Bonfires booked through the front desk in the cement pits on the beach are not available, but you are welcome to build your own in the sand - supplies can be purchased across the street at Seascape Market or any other grocery store in the area.
Pools and hot tub are accessible, access with your guest code.
NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz County, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.
