"It was not great. Maybe it was just the room we got; perhaps we should have asked to see the room options. But we were just herded into the one so it was not that we had a choice. Very terrible breakfast and the staff were barely helpful - that could also be because of the language barrier. The bathroom in our room was awful. Old but at least clean. I would not stay there again but not many alternative options in Aprillia however. Also no elevator so be prepared to lug your cases us the stairs...

"Our family's stay at this hotel was very special. To begin with, I would say that the lady who served us was very kind and professional, always willing to resolve any concerns.
