"Great spot for a couple looking for a quiet place to stay in Lynchburg. Parking can be a littlw tricky if you have a bigger vehicle, but there is usually plenty of street parking of you can't fit into the space provided. Also watch your step when you walk into the Vrbo! There is a bit of a step down I wasn't totally prepared for, but I'm normally a clutz so maybe thats just me :) Overall, great spot, minus my twisted ankle."

"It was very nice, clean, private and well stocked.. our only complaint would be not having any covering’s over the windows making it somewhat eerie feeling. The bedrooms did have blinds ( thank goodness) .. there were a lot of other windows, the doors , living room, kitchen windows where anyone could look in.. other than that it was a great place!"

"Staying in this beautiful historic home was like staying with dear friends. It’s a lovely house in a great neighborhood. It was clean and inviting. Virgil was helpful and quick to respond to our questions. The beds were so comfortable that I slept as well as I do at home. We walked to great restaurants and all around the neighborhood and local park. We loved the front porch! We would definitely stay here again."

"David’s property was wonderful. We were greeted by Mitzi with a giant bowl of candy that was so sweet and kind. The place was spotless and we absolutely loved it there. It was so beautiful. It had everything that we wanted. I love how it was decorated and we are we’ve already booked it two more times we loved it so much thank you so much David for making our stay spectacular the Garner;;;;."

"We stayed overnight for our son's 6th birthday. The location is so close to everything downtown and what a great novelty place to stay! The bed was super comfortable and the view was great! We wish it had not been so cold the night we stayed because we wanted to check out the firepit! If you are looking for a unique place to stay, this is a great choice!"

"We really enjoyed the property. The City Lights Christmas displays outside our door and down the bluff walk was fantastic. Condo was very nice. A little busy outside the sliding glass doors since we were on the ground floor, but curtains worked fine. Parking was a block and a half away and was up a steep hill. Glad it wasn't raining when we were there."

"We stayed for a long weekend. The pics/description on vrbo were spot on. This place is beautiful. You will have everything you will need while visiting. The location is downtown and easy to walk to several restaurants. There are trains close by but the host provides sound machines in each bedroom. There is a restaurant downstairs that does play music but they close around midnight. Again, sound machines. I would gladly stay here again. . "

"This property offered everything I needed for my week. I felt at home with the homey and aesthetic decor, kitchen had every utensil and even my loved Keurig. The back porch overlooked the mountains, train, and riverside district. It was an easy walk from the parking area… one recommendation is to park on the artsy street infringe of the apartment to bring in your luggage- there is a fifteen minute max- I did this when leaving. Giving two thumbs up, I enjoyed my stay!"

"Perfect! I can't think of one negative thing about this place or the process. The rooms were plentiful and big. Extremely clean. The location was perfect for our needs. Also, a grocery store a few blocks away. We've stayed in plenty of places and this was by far one of our favorites. My adult daughter wished the house was hers! The owner was responsive and accommodating. Thank you."
