"Great spot for a couple looking for a quiet place to stay in Lynchburg. Parking can be a littlw tricky if you have a bigger vehicle, but there is usually plenty of street parking of you can't fit into the space provided. Also watch your step when you walk into the Vrbo! There is a bit of a step down I wasn't totally prepared for, but I'm normally a clutz so maybe thats just me :) Overall, great spot, minus my twisted ankle."

"Suzy is a superb host who ensured everything was ready. The unit is perfect for a couple with dogs as there is enough room for a couple of crates. It was well kept and had a great location for sight seeing, trout fishing, bird hunting, hiking, and wine tasting which I did when there. Not hard to find at all, but is quiet and off the beaten path enough to enjoy the country. I will be returning. "

"We stayed for a long weekend. The pics/description on vrbo were spot on. This place is beautiful. You will have everything you will need while visiting. The location is downtown and easy to walk to several restaurants. There are trains close by but the host provides sound machines in each bedroom. There is a restaurant downstairs that does play music but they close around midnight. Again, sound machines. I would gladly stay here again. . "

"It was very nice, clean, private and well stocked.. our only complaint would be not having any covering’s over the windows making it somewhat eerie feeling. The bedrooms did have blinds ( thank goodness) .. there were a lot of other windows, the doors , living room, kitchen windows where anyone could look in.. other than that it was a great place!"

"Staying in this beautiful historic home was like staying with dear friends. It’s a lovely house in a great neighborhood. It was clean and inviting. Virgil was helpful and quick to respond to our questions. The beds were so comfortable that I slept as well as I do at home. We walked to great restaurants and all around the neighborhood and local park. We loved the front porch! We would definitely stay here again."

"David’s property was wonderful. We were greeted by Mitzi with a giant bowl of candy that was so sweet and kind. The place was spotless and we absolutely loved it there. It was so beautiful. It had everything that we wanted. "For a quick stay near LU, this was a comfortable duplex apartment. Having the extra half bath was nice for our family. There were extra linens, a washer and dryer, and vizio tv that we made use of. The only thing that could have been better was if the apartment had been aired out and Fabreezed before we arrived.
