"Every year I go on a "me-treat" trip for a long weekend with my 2 doggies. This year I found this amazing couples cottage on a bluff overlooking Lake Huron. The cottage was PERFECT! Everything was exactly as described. The cottage was adorably decorated and perfectly appointed - I had everything I needed for cooking simple meals. The bed was cozy and comfortable. We spent most of our time relaxing on the porch which was enclosed with plastic and despite the cold and damp weather was completely comfortable. We loved watching the freighters on the horizon. The fenced property was perfect for my girlie dogs and my puppy got her first taste of the beach on the little private beach. Watch your curious pups as mine wanted to scale the 30ft cliff down to the water. Such a peaceful and relaxing property...I already booked for next year and hope for some sunny days!"

"Wonderful location right near beautiful Lake Huron. I imagine it’s busier in the summer but nice and quiet in October. Very comfortable cabin; especially loved the screened porch which was perfect spot to play games as the sun went down. Didn’t cook (easy takeout nearby) but perfectly adequate kitchen if we had wanted to. Lots of nice walks and beautiful sunrises. Highly recommend for a couple; might feel crowded with more people "

"We had a great time going for walks, playing games and relaxing on the patio. The property is in walking distance of everything the beach, town and anywhere. We enjoyed playing games on the gorgeous patio. Plenty of room to spread out and be together but not on top of each other. We had 12 women ages 18-76. The house was very clean."
