"Our family of five wanted a somewhat "close to home" getaway for spring break this year, and this rental did the trick! Lake Huron is always cold, but especially this time of year, so being able to swim in the indoor, heated pool while still enjoying lake views out the windows was really nice. The game room was another bonus, as we particularly enjoyed playing shuffleboard. The hosts communicated clearly and helped us immediately when we had questions.One heads-up that has nothing to do with the property or hosts -- in fact, they mention this in the listing, but I wanted to highlight it... the closest market does not have a lot of food options, and both Port Sanilac and Lexington are very quiet outside of the Memorial Day to Labor Day summer season. Not a problem! this property is a great place to hunker down for some quiet time with your family and/or friends, just note that if you plan to do that, you may want to stock up on food and drinks in Port Huron."

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the outdoor space was a great bonus. The location was peaceful yet convenient, making it an ideal retreat. The host was responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our stay.
