I cannot stress Location, Location, Location!!! This property is walking distance to everything. We walked to restaurant, shopping, and ice cream every day. We traveled in record heat and common to the are the apartment does not have AC. Owner provide fans and large screen doors in every room. This helped immensely....

"The owner cancelled the day before we were supposed to arrive. The he refused to cancel the reservation online so I had to get my credit card company involved. This person should be banned from renting on any legitimate website!!!!"
