Villa Uranos next to the beach and to Georgioupolis center with private pool

Villa Uranos is one of the five independent villas of Creta Nova holiday resident complex. It is located only 400 meters away from the center of Georgioupolis and 350 meters from the nearest beach. Located just on the tip of the village it is one step away from all its contemporary amenities but away enough from the noise. Everything is in walking distance and the car is not needed.

At the spacious lawned backyard of the villa you will find the 25 sqm private swimming pool, with umbrellas and sun loungers for your sunbathing times and a small children’s playground for our little visitors. Also, there is a BBQ, a sitting set and a dining set under the shady pergola.

On the ground floor of the beautifully decorated villa there is double-bed bedroom, a bathroom, an open space kitchen, a living room and a dinning room with direct access to the backyard . On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a shared bathroom. All rooms are equipped with A/C units.

The lawned area, the palm trees and the pool create a pleasant environment, perfect for relaxing holidays. If you prefer privacy, you can spend your day by the pool or BBQ, with your friends or family.
