Quiet neighborhood, cute house!
We loved our stay at the house from the moment we walked in. We were greeted by serene music and a clean home. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The host was very responsive and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet and safe but was close to grocery stores, restaurants and parks. We plan to book it again the next time we go visit!

Great location great host!
I stayed in the house for 5 months over the winter. Wellington is honest, caring and responsive. He purchased extras for me and my kitty to make sure we felt at home. He even decorated for the holidays so the living room was festive and colorful when I arrived. He always got back to me very quickly whenever I reached out to him. He wanted to make sure I was happy. The house is comfortable, surrounded by trees and has a unique covered deck to sit on even in the rain. Birds and deer were frequent visitors. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

Great place in Apex!
We had a great stay at this cute home in Apex. The house was clean and well stocked and we really enjoyed sitting out on the back patio in the mornings and evenings. Wellington is very communicative and gracious. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was wonderful. The neighborhood was very safe and around plenty of shopping. The home was clean and plenty big. I was in town to visit family and this was a perfect choice. So happy with everything.

Nice location. Somewhat odd decor. (Mistletoe over hallway entrance). Id probably call it Eclectic. My favorite area was outside in the back on the deck. Very peaceful and relaxing.

I loved my stay here. The entire place was very clean and we loved the extra esthetics of relaxing music and fireplace showing on the TVs. The backyard area was an awesome spot to go out and get some fresh air. I couldn’t ask for a better stay! Thanks Wellington!

We had a great time at this house, very easy access for my 89 year old father. Nicely outfitted, very clean, owner was very responsive to questions. Comfortable beds and linens, furniture; very nice location with easy access to main roads but still in quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again.

Great rental. Clean. Well stocked with those minute details that you may forget to bring (condiments, spices, soaps, etc). Was greeted with a small welcome package of snacks that the kids loved. My wife loved the fresh flowers and the back deck setup (quiet, comfortable). Would definitely stay again if in the Raleigh/Durham area.

Great stay! Exactly what we were looking for and more.
Great house for us and our two dogs. The host was outstanding and provided great communication. He went out of his way to provide all the amenities needed. Even better than we expected! The house was in the perfect location for our stay also. Close to shopping, restaurants, etc. We hope to be back again soon. Highly recommend.
