There is a dedicated office upstairs as well as a downstairs workstation setup. Small office can be a nursery room as well with Pack n Play provided as well as several other baby items. This home is just a few minutes away from eclectic downtown apex and shopping/grocery amenities. Close to 540, it is a 15-20 minute drive to RTP.
