"Very friendly and helpful staff. Modern apartment with two balconies with a view of the mountains. Grocery store and Jumbo two streets down. Bus stop very close with buses taking you to Old Town and Amadoura beach. You can walk to Koules Fort and the Old Town by walking along the ocean too! I highly recommend this apart-hotel for a short or long stay for its great location, excellent staff and very comfortable furniture."

"Beautiful resort with super friendly and helpful staff. The water park looks amazing for kids (and adults too). Plenty of areas for adults to relax too. Only improvement is Netflix needs to be added to the TVs in bedrooms, the existing selection of mainly news channels is awful "

"Plus points: Well laid-out hotel. Good spa service, including indoor heated spa pool, gym and jacuzzi for free. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food and drink plentiful. Lots of sun loungers. Optional organised sporting activities available like darts, table tennis, beach volleyball. Evening bar entertainment was good. Negatives: Sink blocked in our room. Showers flooded bathroom floor because of a huge gap between screen and wall. Bath water emptied back up out of drain onto bathroom floor!...

"Booked as a last minute 3 night stay for my wife and I, having not been to Crete previously. The hotel was great. Large clean room with a sea view, 2 pools, a water park and plenty of sunbeds. There is also a reserved area on the beach for hotel guests with an all inclusive bar right next to it. The food was good, with plenty of choice. I would 100% recommend this hotel. We are already looking at returning again with our kids."

"Staff are very attentive and personable, really do a great job of remembering you. Breakfast buffet is excellent with so many options. Room was spacious and comfortable. Our friends were staying at a larger resort nearby and we had a much better experience here than they did, and for less cost. "

"Really lovely building & environment & the room was lovely & very clean The shower had very good pressure but too small & cramped and I kept knocking the lever by accident which either changed the temperature or switched it off. On arrival there was sparkling wine left, delicious pistachio cake & two nectarines left. Nespresso machine with very nice strong coffee but you only got 2 pods free (so one coffee each) each day, not the most generous. Free water left in the room every day though and...
