Pior hotel em que já me hospedei na vida! Não pelos funcionários mas sim pelo dono que é extremamente mau humorado e mau educado e não faz s mínima questão de esconder, péssimas instalações, roupas de cama velhas, tv das mais antigas me deram creio que o pior quarto do localizado na saida praticamente no portão dos fundos e olha que fiz a reserva com bastante antecedência, sem contar com o grande número de moriçocas dentro do quarto! Café da manhã sem muitas opções. A única coisa que de fato funciona é a educação dos funcionários, esses sim estão de parabéns e merecem melhores condições de trabalho.

O pior que já hospedei, sujo muito barulho dos ar condicionado velhos, quarto com o chão sujo, roupa de velha. Quarto muito apertado com uma cama de casal e de solteiro. Na reserva eu ia ficar no quarto sozinha, pedi apenas uma cama. Não tem sabonete no banheiros. Falta de higiene no café, as mesas sujas. Os funcionários fazendo a reposição e comendo em cima dos alimentos. Paguei pra ter conforto, mas infelizmente fiquei em 1 dos piores quartos, porque eu fiz a reserva 1 antes da viagem. Os fotos que estão no aplicativo, e dos quartos que tem varanda pra piscina. O resto e um horror. Não indico e não voltarei a me hospedar.

Poderia ser melhor.
Boa localização, transporte gratuito para a Igreja. A limpeza deixou a desejar. Os banheiros estao precisando deixar no cloro. Estao encardidos com ar de sujo. No café da manha nao tem uma pessoa que fique cuidando da limpeza das bancadas. Cheguei para tomar café as 8h os talheres de pegar os alimentos todos sujos de manteiga. Pedi para trocar e nao trocaram. A limpeza do hotel em si deixa um pouco a desejar tambem.

Boa estadia em Aparecida do Norte
Hotel simples, mas organizado. Boas acomodações e serviço. Possuem um transfer a qualquer hora para os pontos turisticos da cidade, o que ajuda bastante. O café é simples, mas atende o básico. Não cheguei a fazer refeições no local, mas também servem almoço e jantar.

Foi razoável. O hotel é bem limpo, funcionários atenciosos, porém para quem gosta de quartos maiores, com mais conforto , não é uma boa opção . Achei bem apertado, o banheiro é bem pequeno também.

Minha experiência não foi muito boa. Lençóis com furo e encardidos. Toalhas de banhos muito surradas. Manta de dormir suja. Tv só funciona 3 canais abertos e imagem muito ruim. Chuveiro praticamente não sai água, pra tomar banho horrível, meu cabelo acabou molhando. Detalhe não tem sabonete, fui ao mercado do outro lado da avenida pra comprar. Café da manhã o pão e amanhecido, queijo, presunto e mortadela, são cortados pela metade. Não tem uma disposição de cardápio pro café e bem restrito. Tive que esperar café porque tinha acabado as 7:40 de um domingo.Nao fiz nenhuma refeição no local, por isso não consigo avaliar. Pontos positivos. Tem estacionamento pra carro dentro do local e tem uma van que leva e traz o pessoal na rotatória da feira.

Meu apto 116, estava com a cama de casal quebrada. Tinha sujeira debaixo das camas, vi porque meu objeto caiu. No frigobar tinha garrafa de refri velha, sem tampa, resto mesmo. O chuveiro estava esquentando demais ou gelada demais, meio termo não tinha, os esquichos d'água não eram bons, fraco e pouquíssimo. Ar condicionado antigo daqueles bem barulhento, mas gelava. Não tinha um criado mudo para deixar meu óculos por exemplo. A casa da bomba da piscina ao lado do quarto, logo cedo antes das 8h os funcionários conversavam e ligaram a bomba. O café da manhã, é ok para quem não tem restrição alimentar. O hotel oferece transfer até a basílica e volta, um ponto bem legal. Os funcionários são agradáveis. Toda a sala de jogos é paga a parte. Enfim, pensaria 2x antes de voltar.
