"The apartment is in a great location off the Grand Place and Central Station. The windows are double plane and blocks out most of the track and tourist noise. Walking was easy to most of the sights. The two bedrooms were spacious for us and the option of the sofa bed was good as well. The apartment was light and airy with good amenities in the kitchenette. "Excellent flat and very spacious let down by 3 things. a). The lift has been out of order all week and known about. With the apartment on Floor 5 it was a struggle with bags especially as b). The pir lights on the stairs do not work so half way up a flight of stairs you are a darkness scrambling around for your phone as it’s literally pitch black. No windows. c). One towel for a 5 night stay - cmon - at least put in a spare. "

"We had a great stay. Communication with the host prior to arrival was excellent, and they were very helpful. Pictures were very accurate, and the building was clean and secure. Location was outstanding, and it was within walking distance to everything we were looking for (shops, restaurants, sites, etc). Internet was high speed and reliable"

"Property was huge. Beds were very comfortable. Was only a short walk to bars and shopping and metro. Plenty of toilet roll and shampoo which was a nice touch as we were travelling with hand luggage. Communication was very good and easy to access the property. Only a few minor niggles, someone got stuck in a bedroom as the door handle came off so had to leave that door open. "Great location, very big and spacious but stains on the seating were very noticeable and light didn’t work in one toilet TV but no tv remote "

"The property is good, well maintained and in great condition. Furniture is new and adequate to a rental. Location is perfect. The only downside is that the kitchenware should be more complete in terms of itens offered, and the bedware also is not appropriate - including bed linen (it was not a linen kit but a duvet cover used as a sheet, which did not covered the whole bed futon)."

"Smart flats in Brussels where excellent communicators with good intructions for the collection of the keys and the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed except there was no kettle or double sheet for the sofa bed, consequently one of my son's had to sleep with just the quilt over him. "Love are stay at this apartment. We were very well welcome and had easy access to their private secure parking lot just under the building for 20 euros. It is close to everything. Lots of restaurant around the hotel even offers free coffee 24/7. Apartment was well equipped with all the amenities . The only thing I can add is it’s starting to show its age a bit, but not a big deal for us."

Nice Stay

"Nice stay, location is great if you’re using the train and only spending a couple days. Hotel is convenient to everything in the center. Rooftop view is wonderful. Beds are fairly comfortable but nothing spectacular. Staff didn’t acknowledge VIP status and didn’t really say much, for a VIP property I would think they should say something…but that’s me"

Hidden Gem, Great Location, Friendly Staff!

"I recently stayed at Hotel Mozart and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is decorated in a Moroccan style throughout and is beautiful. The courtyard garden is a delightful addition. The hotel is located less than 5 minutes walk from the main square and around 10 minutes walk from other tourist sites such as the Manniken Pis as well as other restaurants and bars. Hotel Mozart also has a cafe during the day - the mint tea is done in the traditional Moroccan style and is delicious. Breakfast is basic but does the job and is delicious. The bathroom is basic but has excellent water pressure and a hairdryer which works! Rooms overlooking the main street have background noise but the beds are super comfy. I plan to stay at the Hotel Mozart next time I come to Brussels and would recommend you do too!"
