Modern very bright apartment in the city center, free Netflix

The studio / apartment is completely new from 2016 and decorated with new modern furniture. It's located close to the railway station (1 km), the Zoo (1 km), the theater area (500 m), ... Restaurants, shops, all cultural and historical buildings are a walk away. Public transport (bus, tram) is 100m from studio. A public underground parking is at 100m from the studio. The area around the studio is clean and safe. City bike rental is 100m from the studio. The building was renovated in 2015 and is very clean and nice. The studio contains a bathroom with a shower and 2 sinks. The kitchen has an oven, a griddle, a dishwasher, a sink, a refrigerator ... Staying in our studio also means you'll get a nice breakfast from us (juice, little breads, croissant, chocolate bread, musli, corn flakes, coffee, ...). There's a big box spring double bed (180 x 200 cm) and 2 single beds. Enjoy the balcony view and the lovely city of Antwerp!

Wonderful place
The apartment was larger than expected and very clean. The hosts provided very generous amounts of breakfasts and drinks - there was even a coffee machine with a box of pods. The location was good for walking to the Old Town, the station and the Art Nouveau quarter (Cogels-Osylei), and nearby park. Anneke was very friendly and informative.

The apartment is spacious and bright. Great internet. Well stocked for stuff you need to cook, such as salt, pepper, oils, etc. It is centrally located. And just across the street from one of the best coffee shops in Antwerp (Caffeination). Stephane is extremely helpful and makes sure your stay goes off without a hitch. I highly recommend.

Great place, family friendly
This studio was amazing. As soon as my kids walked in the place they immediately felt like home. There were books and toys for them to play as well the tv. The place was clean and well-equipped - cooked a few meals and used washer/dryer. The location is a short walk to the old city quarter, shops and De Lijn stops and Antwerpan-Centraal (which allowed the convenience for day trips to Ghent and Bruge). I highly recommend this place.

Excellent stay
We stayed a week in Antwerp, this apartment was really fantastic. Stephane and An welcomed us and showed the apartment, they even had stocked the fridge with breakfast basics! The location is great, apartment very clean and beds were really comfortable! Highly recommend!!

Good place at a reasonable price
We stayed in June 2018. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The owner and on-site manager were accomodating when we arrived late because of a flight delay. It's in a nice neighborhood and a short walk from the central tourist area

Lovely stay
We had a great stay here! 15 min walk to centraal station. Good tram/metro access. Enjoyed the immediate neighborhood close to National Bank for restaurants/Lindt/CoffeeNation. Would have liked to be a little bit closer to historical downtown.

A Belgian treat in Antwerp
We loved the apartment. It is well appointed and in a very attractive neighbourhood in Antwerp. It is clean, spacious with plenty of amenities. Good sized bathroom with a powerful shower (A big plus). It is close to the central station and all of the main sightseeing destinations. Stephane and Anneke are so helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. Everything was exactly as advertised. I would definitely like to return to Antwerp and will definitely book with them again . There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance .. I highly recommend a stay at this apartment. Thank you .

Lovely apartment in central Antwerp
This apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Antwerp, within walking distance to several tram stations that will take you anywhere you want to go. The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the patio was breezy and enjoyable, and the view was lovely. We very much enjoyed our trip to Antwerp, especially the “small town” feel of the city, and our experience was made all the better by having this apartment to return to each night. Stéphane and his family were, by far, some of the most welcoming hosts we have encountered. They explained the layout of the city, provided travel guides and tram maps, and gave us recommendations about what to see during our stay and how best to get there. They instructed us on how to use all of the equipment in the apartment and also provided an ample amount of food for breakfast (juice, milk, espresso, bread, cereal, etc.). Should we ever return to Antwerp, we will definitely choose to stay at this apartment again!

Bright, clean studio. Wonderful to have breakfast provided. Train station within walking distance. Great bakery, grocery, and green grocer all nearby. Owner is well organized with information for wi-fi, local attractions, train station, etc. Would return in a heartbeat!

Tolles Unterkunft - in Laufweite des Stadtzentrums, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt in der Nähe. Kleiner Nachteil ist der Straßenlärm mit einer Hauptstraße und der Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht inklusive vollausgestatteter Küche. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach und sehr freundlich. Ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und kann sie absolut weiterempfehlen.

Im Herzen Antwerpens
Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr schön. Die gesamte Einrichtung folgt einem Konzept. Alles ist sauber. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Kühlschrank war für das Frühstück gefüllt, Bademäntel lagen bereit und auf den Boxspringbetten schläft man hervorragend. Nach einem Tag in prasselndem Regen waren wir sehr dankbar für den Trockner im Badezimmer. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben mit Tipps zur Verfügung gestanden. In der Wohnung finden sich überall kleine Notizen, die einen willkommen heißen. Die Lage ist ideal. Vom nördlichen P&R Parkhaus ( super günstig) fährt eine Straßenbahn durch bis zur Haltestelle eine Minute von der Wohnung entfernt. Zu Fuß ist man sehr schnell im Geschehen. Das Rubenshaus ist bereits nach fünf Gehminuten erreicht, ebenso Gastronomie und Geschäfte. Bis in die Altstadt oder ins Zuid-Viertel kann man einen Spaziergang machen. Der einzige Wehrmutstropfen ist der recht laute Verkehrslärm mit vielen Martinshörnern garniert. Wer nur bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen kann, sollte sich weiter außerhalb eine Unterkunft suchen. So ist das nun mal in einem Domizil in der Innenstadt.

Stylish loft in a cool city
The spacious loft feels very appropriate for the cool city of Antwerp with all it's art and fashion. The hosts are super nice and really helpful. The bed was very comfortable and cosy. The apartment is located at busy street close to the city center. That makes it a handy starting point to explore the city but also accounts for some traffic noise.

Großes und helles Studio in sehr guter Lage
Die Wohnung liegt im sechsten Stock und hat eine sehr großes Fensterfront, sodass dieser sehr hell ist. Das hat uns super gefallen, da gerade am Morgen die Sonnenstrahlen ein Traum waren. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, selbst der Kühlschrank wurde vom Vermieter vorab gefüllt. Unsere kleine Tochter hatte viel Platz zum spielen. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig zu erreichen, genauso wie die Innenstadt. Wir haben jeden Tag einen Parkplatz direkt in der Straße finden können. Die Parkgebühren waren mit fünf Euro sehr günstig. Alles im Allen eine super Wohnung! Besten Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.
