The apartment itself was very pleasant: an industrial style place with a great terrace. Nice location too. However, the service and the staying conditions could be improved - checkk in at 5pm (the apartment was not ready by 5 by the way, we checked in at 5.30) and check out at 10am seem slightly unreasonable. If we are required to clean the place ourselves (thank you for the sponge and cleaning cloth in the welcome kit ) , what are you left to do for 7 hours? And a later check out is 50 euros. Additionally, there was no salt or other cooking necessities, no toothpaste and only two tiny shampoo bottles that are not meant for two people staying for two days.

Perfect spot
We loved staying at this apartment – spacious, atmospheric and a bit special – especially as we could pass by so many beautiful Art Nouveau buildings on the way to the tram stop. Lovely bars and restaurants nearby too. The management company were really easy to deal with.
