"This hotel is in an ideal location for anyone wanting to visit Belfast city centre - the Grand Central train station is within a short walk. All of the staff were extremely courteous and attentive - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. The attention to detail is superb. The room was supplied with every you could possibly need - even ear plugs and playing cards were provided. We didn’t stay for dinner so we are unable to comment on this but if it was anything like the breakfast it will not disappoint. The hot food choices at breakfast were many and varied, with cold options also available. We had a couple of cocktails in the hotel bar and they too were of a very high quality. We had absolutely no negative experiences staying at this hotel. We will definitely be back. "

"We stayed in one of the Executive rooms omg really nice and the en-suite with not only a shower but a bath as well the bed was really comfortable well worth it just a pity there was no mini fridge lol but absolutely worth it"

"Great hotel with cool history. Clean, updated/modern, excellent staff, nice food and bar options. Easy cab ride into city center (location is the only issue here, but it's really not far at all)"

"The beds were immense, really comfortable, just what we needed after all our steps! Really powerful shower with consistent warm water. Only downside was that the walls are thin and you could hear other guests in their rooms."
