"Henann has great but Expedia was horrible! I bought this trip as a gift for my sister and when she got there, there was a balance on the account. Apparently, Expedia did not communicate changes and, although I have paid in full, Hennan shows a balance. My sister had to wait hours and Expedia still could not fix it. Horrible customer service. The property is also located in a more private area in the island which we also loved! They even provided us a banig for the beach! Transportation pick up and drop off was also arranged seamlessly ahead of time and you can just tell the quality of their services from the moment we stepped foot in the island. "The resort is very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. It was quiet and the staff were very friendly and accommodating with any requests. The only caveat I would add is that if you want to exchange money, be prepared for them to say they are low on change and can only exchange about $100-$200 USD to PHP. The location is great with a beach view from the hotel dining."
