"A lovely small complex of apartments in a quiet area. Everything you need just a couple of minutes walk away, restaurants, bars, shops and of course, the beach. After having all the enjoyment and excitement that kos has to offer, its nice to come back to the apartment and relax in what is a very peaceful setting. The pool is never busy and sometimes it feels like its your own personal swimming pool. The apartment was very well kept, contains a fridge with ice box, a safe a stove top and cooking...

"A nice hotel but as it was the start of the season, a little disorganised in terms of the rooms, what was provided etc. The first room allocated was under the bar and very noisy at night. There were also constant issues with corridor lighting not being turned off. We moved rooms eventually, which did help. However, overall I wouldn't go back because of the noise issue and the general quality of some of the rooms."

"The private entrance to the property was the first indication we had chosen for something special for our stay on Kos. Our week at Ta Spitakia was so relaxing that we spent less time at the beach and just lazed around the villas outdoor seating area or on the private sun loungers. "A lovely but basic apartment right on the beach with a small pool. Had the pool to ourselves most the time. There is a bus stop opposite or about 20 mins walk to centre. We were out of check in time so emailed but received no response, we called and they had received email. They sort check in so if you don't have a reply it will all be fine "

Our friend’s rooms, which were not near the office, had no Wi-Fi and it wasn’t addressed. The beds were hard, cheap and you were able to feel the springs. We were all sore in the morning. "Had a great time at this villa. The house was immaculate with fantastic decor and a huge outside terrace split into an outside kitchen and seating area. The pool was much bigger than I thought it would be and was great to cool down in as it was very hot when we visited. The location is ideal for visiting various resorts but there isn’t much around the villa, I would recommend a car. "The house is ok but cold in april. After we complaint we got a heater and table for the livig room ... much better than! Very dificult to find the house the first time. Owners are nice people.
