Clean, that's about it
This is a very clean hostel that is a quiet environment with a simple healthy breakfast. Unfortunately the security plan is questionable as the rooms do not have lockers for your belongings so any unknown roommate can rummage through your belongings. We paid for all six beds in a shared room in order to secure the space but they would not provide a key to lock the door. On returning to the room one day, despite paying for the whole room, we discovered they re-sold two of the beds. Thankfully nothing was stolen. Despite them accepting credit cards through expedia, when you arrive they told us they do not accept credit cards and we had to pay cash. When we challenged this they said their credit card machine was broken. When we challenged this they said they could run the credit card but they would have to add 5% to the price. It definitely felt less than trustworthy.

Ho prenotato 2 camere per 6 persone e all’arrivo scopro che invece me ne vogliono dare 3:il problema e’ Che trattandosi di dormitori misti due persone del nostro gruppo avrebbero dovuto dormire con 4 sconosciuti , cosa che avevo voluto evitare fin dall’inizio, prenotandine 2 da sei persone ognuno. il personale dell’hotell dava la colpa è expedía e non e’ stato in grado di mostrarmi la copia della prenotazione ricevuta da expedía, dopo aver minacciato che c’è ne saremmo andati o che avremmo dormito in due sole camere , stringendoci un po’ ma che non avremo pagato il totale del soggiorno , abbiamo parlato con la proprietaria che magicamente ha trovato la soluzione e ci ha dato due camere da 6. La sera ho chiesto alla signorina della reception quanto dovessi pagare e non era in grado di rispondere ha dovuto chiamare la proprietaria X chiedere informazioni . Riassumendo: il B&B e’ Carino e cinfurtevile, molto pulito, se si vuole acqua calda bisogna attendere 15 minuti... ma il personale non e’ preparato , sono spiacente ma eviterò di prenotare questa struttura , e’ incincepibile Che il personale non sia autonomo o in grado di risolvere i problemi degli ospiti
