very beautiful courtyard that is obviously professionally landscaped. The staff is so pleasant and helpful. The maid was such a sweet lady and took special care of our room every day. Just be aware that there is no A/C, but at night we could not really tell. Right near the market and easy to find taxis.

The hotel is in the center of Antigua, with perfect distance to walk around. The first impression is very good of the inside of the hotel, but when you try to sleep you here all the noise from inside the other rooms, you hear when the people around you are taking a shower and when the phone at the front desk rings! I think for the price its not bad.

Nice hotel, bad wifi
Great hotel but the wifi was terrible. It was non existent in our room and when we went into the lobby for better wifi connection it was terribly slow if it was connected at all. Other than that, comfortable bed and great location and service. They played Christmas music all day as well if you're into that.

El hotel me causó emociones encontradas, algunas muy agradables y otras no, la primera es que no está ubicado donde el mapa lo señala. La habitación que me tocó está en el nivel sótano, se sentía fría, con poca luz natural y mal ventilada. Tiene una ventanas que da a un pasillo, dormimos con una luz artificial ya que no puedes apagarla ni hay cortinas que puedas cerrar en esa ventana. En los pasillos hay mesas que funcionan de desayunador, están justo frente a la habitación que me tocó, de modo que la gente desayuna frente a la puerta... El internet llega a las habitaciones con una señal pobre. Los acabados de las habitaciones y del hotel en general son muy buenos, al igual que la cama, las almohadas, las toallas son excelentes, el baño es muy limpio y agradable, buena agua caliente y buenos muebles de baño; pero tampoco tiene buena ventilación. La propietaria es muy amable y muy agradable, está atenta y pendiente del hotel. Tienen una terraza con una vista espectacular de los volcanes.
