Beautiful place with lots of plants. The staff were all friendly. The shuttle service does not run past 5 usually but you can get a tuk tuk or uber. The main part of town is very close

Antigua Visit
It's in a great location, and it's effortless to access Antigua's different points of interest. However, the actual name of the property should be included in the directions so that GPS can locate it quickly. We had a little trouble finding the property because we needed to have the exact name of the condominium. Other than that, it is a great place to stay.

Super cute!
The little town home we stayed in was super cute! We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our time there but if it had not been for our rental car we would have struggled getting food or into town because the shuttle on property was not working through our time there. The house is not actually IN Antigua’s hustle and bustle. It’s about a 3 minute drive which doesn’t sound like a tough walk but the main road leading out the property to Antigua is super busy and I wouldn’t have felt comfortable walking with a 4 year old. With that said, if the shuttle is working or you have a rental: yes! Snag the house. The pool was beautiful and we felt super safe in our time there.

Dreamy, manicured garden complex. Colonial style townhouses surrounded by impeccably kept patios, verandas, trees, and flower beds. Can't wait to return to this bit of paradise.

Nice place in a area we have stayed numerous times without incident however Silvia after check out-claimed we broke items which we did not. Sad that people would try to extort others but such is the case. There are many other reputable owners at Villa Oratavo that are trustworthy use them instead.

Lovely Property & Condo
We were in Guatemala for a family wedding. Our adult son decided to join us and Silvia welcomed him to the reservation. Silvia was always available to answer our questions while in Guatemala. The front gate staff were friendly, despite our lack of ability to speak the Spanish language. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. We enjoyed the pool area. An Uber was necessary to travel the very short distance into the town, due to very busy traffic on the road. We departed a day early to stay in city center for the wedding festivities. Magical Antigua stay July 26-28, 2023
I am from Guatemala living in the US. On this opportunity we played tourists bringing my boyfriend, sisters and daughter. This property, a gated community with villas was such a great place to stay, beautiful grounds well kept and the actual villa we stayed was also a beautiful place to stay. We didn’t stay at the Villa to enjoyed it long enough only to sleep and did a breakfast dinner there. I can see staying easily a week or longer to truly enjoyed the property. Checking in was the only negative thing I can share. At first our reservation didn’t show in their books and it took some time to get it right, but everyone was very nice and helpful. Silvia, the property manager was very attentive to our needs and requests.

Nice property in Antigua, Guatemala
We enjoyed the location and the ammenities of the property complex. We were a group of 7 people who rented 2 different units with 2 different owners. Our relatives stayed at a different condominium 2 doors down;they got friendship bracelts and "Welcome! My house is your house". This describes the other owner's attitude. We received notes in the condo about not touching decorations because "Hay Cargos!" (there are charges!). While the unit was acceptible, it was not as described. For example, there was no HOT water in the unit, except for each shower in each bathroom. The loft upstairs had no closet or dresser to store clothes and feel more at home. Clothes remained in the suitcases-not very comfortable. To be fair, the host responded promptly and provided necessary information, when needed. The stay was not terrrible, just not comfortable. We will not stay in this particular unit again. We will stay at the Property Complex again, though.

Villa Summer 22
Villa is a lovely place that served as a perfect home for our 14 day stay in Antigua. The 2 bedroom condo had everything we needed during our stay. Well decorated and very clean. Located in the nicest area of the Villas!! I highly recommend it to any one who want a home away from home.
