This newly renovated apartment boasts a great central location right across Port Vauban. Stroll along the boardwalk to Antibes Center and enjoy stunning views of the illuminated Fort Carré at night. Wake up to majestic Alps vistas and relax on two spacious balconies—each room is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. A three-minute walk from the train station allows for easy exploration of neighboring towns. Bakery, butcher, and grocery store are in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is the perfect retreat for those wanting to explore everything Antibes and the Cote D’Azur have to offer. The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-kept building with an elevator.

The apartment features:
-Large living area with a sofa, desk, dining area, and large screen smart television.
-Fully equipped kitchen with all cooking essentials, full-size refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, gas stove, air conditioning, and access to one of the two large balconies.
-2 large bedrooms with double beds, built-in closets, and washer and dryer.
-Full bath with large walk-in shower, dual faucet sink, and towel warmer.
-Half bath with new toilet and sink.
-Large back balcony with views of the sea, mountains, the port, and The Nomad.
-Free high-speed Wi-Fi.
-We welcome one dog for an additional 90 Euros flat fee. No other animals are allowed.
-Towels and linens are provided free of additional charge.

Check-In/Check-Out and Guest Access:

Guests staying at our Antibes apartment will gain access to it by meeting with one of our team members at the entrance of the building upon arrival. Please provide arrival details at least 48 hours before your arrival. The apartment is located in a secure building with access only via a key fob. Both the key to the apartment and the key fob will be provided at check-in.

Pay parking is available on the streets. Street parking is free during the weekends, holidays, lunch, and nights.
There is paid parking close to the apartment as well. Port Vauban has a large parking lot that is less than a 2-minute walk. Q-Park has 2 garages (La Poste and Pre aux Pecheurs) that are 2 blocks away. We recommend reserving parking at Q-Park in advance to save.
There is also free parking with free shuttles at Forte Carre parking. This lot has a maximum 72-hour parking limit.

A view from the balcony
Very spacious and well located with everything you will need. A view of the mountains and the boats with palm trees whilst you sit out on the balcony. Very clean and well maintained. Probably the best holiday rental we will ever have.
