Holiday home in a traditional finca in the heart of Andalusia

Southern-Spain and especially Andalucia is considered to be amongst the most beautiful regions in Spain. At the foot of the Sierra Nevada, the peaks of which are covered with snow throughout the year, the coast line and sandy beaches of the Costa del Sol stretch endlessly.

The hinterland is full of unspoilt nature and countless attractions. The mosque of Córdoba and the worlds most famous Alhambra of Granada are eloquent testimonies to the eventful past of the Moors. The Finca Lomas de Tienda is situated on top of a small hill, in the midst of almond- and olive-trees, surrounded by other fincas, away from mass tourism and at the bottom of the natural park El Torcal and nearby to Desfiladero de los Gaitanes with the renovated and reopened royal path "Caminito del Rey", built along the walls of the Chorro Gorge.

The German couple Ursula and Hans-Peter manage the Finca. They will be your hosts during your stay. Fresh and natural products from the farm will enrich your menu. Homemade bread from freshly ground corn, homemade marmalade, eggs, vegetables, a selection of salads and not to forget the owner’s homemade olive-oil.

You can enjoy the peaceful and enchanting views of the unspoilt landscape. When discovering nature by foot you may find unexpected delights around every corner.

Un sitio excelente,lleno de paz y sin ningun ruido,vista preciosas y tanto Ursula como Juan Pedero,han sido muy atentos y muy agradables con nosotros en cada momento,nos presentaron a sus animales y el dia q abandonamos la finca tuvieron un detalle con nosotros,os recomendamos la estancia en este lugar.

Con estos días pasados en Finca de Lomas hemos conseguido la relajación que buscabamos estas vacaciones. El entorno natural es el ideal para ello.Levantarte por las mañanas y ver la naturaleza en tu puerta es lo que necesitabamos.La casa está bien acondicionada y su entorno es precioso.El trato con los propietarios es de lo mas cordial, siempre dispuestos a resolver cualquier duda o imprevisto. Nos gustaria volver y si es posible lo haremos!

Een pareltje in Andalusië
Net terug van een zalige vakantie in Finca Lomas de Tienda. Zeer mooie omgeving en perfecte ligging van waaruit je binnen een uur rijden heel wat kan beleven (cultuur, natuur, strand). Wij verbleven een week met twee kinderen van 11 en 13. Uitermate rustige ligging, originele inrichting, ruim zwembad en perfect onderhouden. De eigenaars wonen al 20 jaar ter plekke en zijn altijd aanspreekbaar voor tips of hulp. Zij wonen naast de deur (het vakantieverblijf is een uitbreiding aan hun woning) maar respecteren uitermate je privacy. In een ganse week hebben wij hen bijvoorbeeld slechts 2x het zwembad weten gebruiken en dan nog wanneer wij er niet zaten. Af en toe een kleine attentie (verse eitjes, tomaatjes, sinaasappelmarmelade) deed je echt welkom voelen. Een aanrader!
