"The house is lovely! It is really comfortable, big livingroom and bedrooms with good bathroom and kitchen that has everything you want. There is a lot of outside space. The house is nicely decorated, the owners have clearly done much more that the minimum. It really feels like staying in a friend's house. The location is great. "Ruhige Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen, Bauernhof wenig idyllisch, da Landfahrzeugsbetrieb, daher keine schöne Umgebung. Ferienhaus nur teils renoviert, die alten Fenster ließen sich nicht kippen nur ganz öffnen, Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Garten und Seegrundstück leider ungepflegt. "Tolles Objekt, nach kurzer Eingewöhnung war es uns ein kleines Zuhause auf Zeit. Großartig war vor allem, mit dem Hund direkt aus der Türe raus im Grünen zu sein, keine Autos, einfach raus und entspannen."

"Our visit to Murnau was spectacular! 25 minute drive to picturesque Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The house was very large and had plenty of space for our 2 families, we were a total of 7 people. Free Wifi for all to be connected. We lit the fireplace every night, which added a magical touch for the month of December. We walked every night to our restaurants and to the lake directly from the house. We had a last minute addition of an additional person and it was no problem to make up an extra bed....

"Loved our stay in Bad Kohlgrub! This alpine chalet was exactly as described. Clean, modern, comfortable, and really allowed us to relax during our vacation!
