The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. We went in late October so the pool water was too cold to swim in. We happened to learn by chance that we can use the amenities at the Ramada across the street (indoor poor) and wish someone had told us at check in.

Blij verrast, echt een aanrader! Super familie hotel, maar ook oudere stellen kunnen hier genieten van de positive energie, de spa faciliteiten, eten en de zon. Gast vrijheid op z'n top! Veel zeer goed geregeld, duidelijk en overzichtelijk. Lobby 24/7 geopend. voor de vroege vertrekkers is het ook iets kleins te eten voor het vertrek. Keuken was heerlijk! Dag vers bereid met eigen bakkerei. Gevarieerd en gezonde maaltijden met veel keuze. Bij iedere gerecht stonden er boordjes met allergenen informatie. Fruit sappen zonder kunstmattige toevoegingen of conserveermidellen. Heerlijke toetsjes. Heerlijke moktails. Ook aandacht voor duurzaamheid. Privee strand ook goed. Schoon en veel activiteiten. Dank voor alles!

Aucun personnel ne parle français. J’ai eu une brûlure à l’avant-bras suite à un appareil défectueux à l’hôtel mais aucune prise en charge et difficile de communiquer avec eux..j’ai du tout acheté et me débrouiller tout seul.attention la consultation chez le médecin environ 120 euros.j’ai du appeler mon assurance en France pour qu’il y ai un suivi et l’hôtel n’a pas voulu me fournir une attestation d’incident. Attention à vos affaires dans dans votre chambre, fermé vos valises sous clés et vos papiers et documents dans le coffre.on ma pris mon iPhone, j’ai du allez 3 fois a l’accueil et comme par magie il réapparaît au bout de 3 jours. Je ne recommande vraiment pas.
