The front desk staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful. There was a girl and a guy working the desk and they were very responsive to us via WhatsApp and accommodating when things changed on our side suddenly. The hotel itself was steal for the price and spaciousness. I will be staying here again

New build hotel. Very clean. Spacious appartment. Kitchenette had microwave,dishwasher and washing machine. Staff were helpful and dealt with any issues or queries efficiently. Would stay there again.

First of all, this is a family hotel, so if you are traveling with children, it’s the best option for you. However, we are a couple, and it was not a good experience for us. The property itself is nice, the room size was decent, and it’s very close to a walkable market and restaurants. Here are the things we didn’t like about the property: 1. Family hotel: It’s very noisy because of the children, making it not suitable for couples. 2. Check-in experience: We requested an early check-in, but instead, we ended up with a late check-in. There were problems with our room—it wasn’t cleaned, and they didn’t even arrange another room for us. We had to wait a couple of hours, even after the standard check-in time. 3. Limited breakfast options: The breakfast had very limited choices. 4. Cleanliness issues: Even after the late check-in, our room wasn’t properly cleaned. There were dirty utensils in the kitchen, and the bedding was also dirty. 5. No room service: There’s no room service; you have to go downstairs to request anything. 6. Shower problems: The shower in the bathroom was broken. When we asked for it to be fixed, they replaced it, but it was still leaking and wasn’t fixed again.

It’s quite a nice place we enjoyed as a family, with wonderful room and facilities. The staff were kind and helpful. I have had better breakfast experience in other places at lesser price range though. Although the room service happened aa and when needed, I had to ask explicitly for the refill of water, coffee, soap, etc. The water stagnating in the bathroom was annoying as well

it's a new hotel in the middle of everything but still needs lots of improvement to get 5 star evaluation. staff trying their best. buffet very small and basic. dining area only 7 tables.

Bästa hotellet jag har varit på. Mycket fint och bra bemötande av personalen speciellt av Kemal abe. Han var så snäll, lugn och mycket hjälpsam. Kemal var väldigt ödmjuk och jordnära person. Om jag åker tillbaka till Antalya kommer jag absolut att besöka detta hotell igen. Det bjöds på en enkel och god frukost på morgonen. Det fanns alltid te och kaffe på receptionen för gästerna. Även kallt vatten fanns hela tiden. Jätte rent och lyxigt hotell som jag rekommenderar starkt. En fin pool finns också för en liten avkoppling. Bästa hotellet i Antalya ❤️❤️❤️ Varma kramar till bästa Kemal❤️❤️❤️
