From our first moment stepping on the hotel property until the last, Casa Sur exceeded our expectations. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful. Our room was well appointed and very comfortable. The restaurant had delicious food. Highly recommend this gem in old town Antalya!

Elegant hotel, but note breakfast not included
Very elegant hotel, with lovely garden to spend time. Only disappointment was that breakfast not included. And it would have been quite expensive to eat the breakfast from hotel restaurant menu. This was our bad, we should have check it more carefully when reserving.

The hotel is in the center of Antalya Old Town, walking distance to many of the city's attractions. Carpark is limited though. Hotel room is clean and comfortable, nicely furnished. Restaurant at the hotel serves really good cocktails. Last but not least, the staff and receptionists were especially nice!

Beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect location! Spacious room with quirky decoration. Helpful staff. Very clean and the location is just perfect next to the Hedrian gate and in the old town. We had dinner at the restaurant it was great! Turkish cuisine with a modern twist. The only downside was the noise as our room was next to reception and could hear people coming in and out.

Beautiful hotel! amazing patio and very friendly and attentive staff. The one big problem is the bars close by have loud music until 2-3am... that you can definitely hear from your room, this ruined our calm stay.. is not the hotel's fault, but the city should have some volume level restrictions. Parking in the nearby lot costs 200 TL the night or 250 TL for 24h.

Staff so nice and hotel very clean, there was an issue with our room but they fixed it super quickly and put us in a new one, very easy no hassle. The only thing I would note is breakfast is not included so you must pay and that the area is quite noisy from the bar next door at night. Otherwise very nice and hospitable and very beautiful rooms

Mattress was THIN and equivalent to non existent. I had to sleep in the crease between the two twin beds. I was more tired after sleeping than I was before. Rooms are absolutely TINY.

Lovely hotel with great courtyard just inside the walls of the Kaleici. Parking not available at hotel. Only cold shower in the morning. No communication from the hotel that there was a private function on and the courtyard, restaurant and the bar weren’t available for use by hotel guests.

Stunning property, loved the stone and timber and the decor is just beautiful. Felt luxurious and serene from the moment we entered. And had this amazing huge garden area amongst orange trees, all the dining tables were set up throughout the garden. Beds were extremely comfortable and fantastic water pressure in shower. Staff went above and beyond, the lanes of Kaleici quite difficult to navigate as very narrow and many are one way only, we called and the young lady from reception walked to us and came in car with us to ensure we got the property with ease, fantastic customer service. The restaurant staff very attentive and friendly. Every time we came and went during stay was a cheery ‘have a great day, can we help with anything’ and then on return ‘how was it, what did you do today? Did you enjoy?’. Wonderful experience, would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone travelling to Kaleici, Antalya. Perfect location, just round corner from Hadrians Gate and shops/restaurants.

Due notti a casa sur
Casa sur e senza dubbio un bella location dove trascorrere qualche giorno nel cuore pulsante della citta vecchia. Il giardino e' incantevole il personale gentile e disponibile e il tutto rispecchia esattamente quanto si vede nelle foto. Tuttavia la nostra stanza era molto rumorosa a causa del grosso compressore del condizionamento posizionato propio sotto la finestra e questo generava in rumore molto forte. Inoltre prima di mezzanotte non e ' possibile avere silenzio poiche in aderenza alle mura e' presente un bar con musica rock live fino alle 24. Dovete amare gli animali per soggiornare a casa sur poiche cani e gatti fanno parte del contesto . Consiglierei il soggorno comunque.
