"Really quiet place on top of the hill with fantastic view on sea and harbour Porto Santo Stefano. You have to expect a lot of driving with car. Owner react and answering really quickly with kindness and politeness. Few problems he solved very fast. Only one negative is count of mosquitoes. They are everywhere throught the night and evening. Recommend spray repellents and electric repellents."

"Our family really enjoyed the time spent in this home. As evident from the pictures, the views are simply outstanding. The house comes fully furnished and equipped with anything you could need, and the air-conditioned bedrooms were very welcomed. The trip to the beach was a quick one on bikes, though the trip down to sea level was always a bit 'exciting' on the narrow Italian roads. "Splendida vacanza. Eravamo due famiglie con figli adulti e la villa ci ha accolto splendidamente. Bel giardino vista mare, bella piscina, splendida terrazza. "We stayed in this villa for 14 nights. For the first 3 days we had huge issues with the electrical system, which is very old. This caused frequent an lengthy outages, which means no air conditioning or electrical fans…The villa is nice but it has not been renovated, and it is basically falling into pieces, which is a shame given the nice location."
