Wonderful Villa Vacation!!
We had an excellent vacation in this beautiful villa in a beautiful location!!The house exceeded expectations!!!Spotless, fantastic views and comfortable!!Pool was perfect and very child safe.The caretaker Danielle was wonderful to work with!!Chef recommended was excellent!!The area was quiet and beaches, food, service perfect!!We are already planning our return next year for our family vacation!Thank you to Serge and Danielle for providing such a wonderful experience and memories!!!

Magnificent Views
As soon as you walk in the door the view is amazing. Danielle the housekeeper greeted us as soon as we arrived and showed us around the home. She was really sweet. Definitely need a car to get around. The house is equipped with everything you need. House was very clean. We will definitely return and stay at this house.

Memorable time
We spent a week in St Martin with our three children and their families (including six grandchildren) to celebrate our 50th anniversary. The villa at Anse Marcel was fabulous and fit all of our family’s needs. The photos do not do it justice, it has beautiful upgrades. Danielle was available to answer all our questions and she even made sure the grand kids had beach toys. (Thank you Danielle!) The villa was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of seating to accommodate our families for meals and relaxing by the pool. The road to Anse Marcel is something to experience (as are most roads in St. Martin) but the view from the villa is spectacular. We’ve been fortunate to make several trips to St. Martin and the villa made this one of our most memorable trips. Thank you Serge and Danielle. Joe and Mari-Ann V. and family

Perfect location and sea view
This is a perfect property for two families staying together! The pool is heated and has an amazing view overlooking Anse Marcel bay. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The kitchen has all the utensils you can imagine. The property manager was super attentive and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will definitely book this villa again, if we need this amount of space.

The Villa is absolutely wonderful, so much so, we spent days being just there. Close to Grand Case; closer still to a beautiful beach. There is no place like Anse Marcel and of course, no one as terrific as Danielle!

Lovely villa. Great location near very swimmable beach and the restaurants of Grand Case. Roads are a little scary but we learned to drive like the locals. Beautiful pool. Danielle was very helpful. Kitchen was well equipped altho the knives need sharpening.

We had a group of eight adults from the USA for this particular stay at the Villa -Cul-de-Sac, just after Christmas. The pre-trip photos of this location do not do it justice as the actual location surpassed our already lofty expectations. Fully appointed and fully loaded, this house has everything need for a long and comfortable stay. The owner and location manager (Hi Danielle) were available and responsive to our needs, both before and during our stay. The view is incredible and we always felt safe and secure. We would definitely return for a round two at this location. You cannot go wrong with this spot!

A Wonderful Week
Our family (4 adults, 6 kids) spent spring break at this villa in Ance Marcel. It’s even more beautiful than the pictures. We had everything we needed in the pantry and kitchen. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep, hang out, or play. The owner was always responsive and Danielle took good care of us on sight.

1month in Paradise!
My wife and I stayed 1 month in Villa Ffrench in February/March 2023, and were joined by children and grandchildren for a week in the middle. This villa is spectacular, and true to the pictures on the website. The owner Serge was a pleasure to deal with, and Danielle the hostess is a delightful person, and was very helpful to us. The view is beautiful, the house is nice. We found the furniture to not be very comfortable. Kitchen in need of remodel. All and all it was a very nice place and we had a wonderful time. Having a washer and dryer was very important to us. The dryer was a breezeway with a close line, which worked out ok. But not what we expected.

Spectacular Villa and View
If you're looking for a slice of paradise, this is it! The view is more than words incredible. The space is great. Anse Marcel is one of the prettiest beaches! The Anse Marcel Beach Resort is fabulous! If American, bring electrical outlet converter, brush up on your French and the metric system. This house is wonderful. The French side of Saint Martin is magnificent!

Beautiful villa
This villa has almost everything you will need for a fabulous vacation. The bedrooms and baths are very well appointed and very comfortable with lots of privacy for all. The villa had amazing views in a central part of Anse Marcel and very comfortable seating outside and in the living room. It is situated in a safe area .. we never locked the doors. However, the kitchen needs updating with decent cutting knives and a stove top that does not require a lot of guesswork to make it work. In addition, the villa needs a clothing dryer because the humidity keeps clothes from drying. Also, the owner and his manager.., who was very accessible and helpful .. need to make an owner’s manual for the internet (which works very well) and TV. We loved this villa and will come back another time if updates are added.

This villa is so beautiful! It has the BEST view on the French side. We loved the villa so much we didn't want to stay at the beach. The property is much more beautiful than pictured. Perfect for group of 8-10 people. All the doors have huge windows that open to the pool. It is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Perfect for friends/family. I would definitely stay here again

This is a fabulous 5 bedroom villa, beautiful view
First of all, the listing for this villa doesn't do it justice. This is a 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom property with a gorgeous view. And the photos don't show all the comfortable poolside furniture that is currently at the home. Serge was easy to communicate with and the villa's caretaker, Danielle was available 100% of the time to answer any questions or concerns about the property. I highly recommend this property and would definitely return in the future. :). Michelle

Excellent stay in Anse Marcel
We had a fantastic stay in Feb 2022. Communication with Serge was great and Danielle was a perfect host at the property when we arrived and during the stay. The villa was beautiful with panoramic views from the house deck and pool over Anse Marcel. We very appreciated that the villa came fully stocked with towels, laundry and kitchen tools/utensils to make us feel at home. We would definitely stay there again.

A piece of paradise
My family and I had a wonderful week at the Villa in Anse Marcel. The house is very comfortable and stocked with anything you might need, the pool was refreshing and clean, and the view of the bay and Anguilla beyond is stunning- cocktails at sunset watching the pink clouds and green mountains framing the turquoise water sea is magical.

Our one week stay at Anse Marcel
We had the most wonderful week at Anse Marcel - We planned a family reunion with 2 families and the house was absolutely perfect for all of us -As you first walk on the deck of the house with its beautiful Infiniti pool you are immediately stunned and charmed by the most gorgeous view and the privacy and uniqueness of the site. When you are on the very large deck ( where we spend almost all of our time while at the house ) you look out towards Anse Marcel and you never cease to find it marvelous.The house is very spacious, with a delightful decoration. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms - We were extremely comfortable and slept so well ! Ceiling fans and quiet AC units in all bedrooms. Kitchen ( with a view!) is extremely well supplied for cooking at home.We appreciated that since we all love to cook ! Communication with Danielle, who so kindly welcomed us at he house ,was great and easy.Danielle always made sure that our stay at the house would be as comfortable as possible which we appreciated.Her extensive knowledge of Anse Marcel and it’s surroundings were also so helpful to us . Grand merci Danielle ! We ALL want to come back next year ! Thank you Danielle and Serge.

Relaxing stay at the best location in French St. Martin
Our extended family (6 adults) stayed at Villa Ffrench for a full week and enjoyed every minute. The villa is exquisite, so nicely maintained and stocked, and is in the very best location on the French side of St. Martin. Its a quick drive to the most beautiful of beaches and the fine dining of Grand Case. Having the Anse Marcel marina nearby makes pick-ups for any boat excursions very quick and easy. We truly enjoyed the home, its gorgeous view and pool, and the gracious host for prepping the villa so well for guests!
