"Very nice apartment and well taken care of. Pride in ownership. Amazing sunset view from our balcony. Plenty of room for 2 people. The balcony is amazing. Not many restaurant choices but we did manage. Ellie was helpful with a couple suggestions. Mero Beach js very nice black sand and the water is very clear and fairly warm. Highly recommend. "

"La maison de Velda est spacieuse, très bien équipée et très propre. La vue d'une des chambres et de la terrasse est magnifique. Quel plaisir de prendre le petit déjeuner face à la mer et que dire du coucher de soleil!Les habitants du village sont très sympathiques. We are birders/photographers so the description in the property description of seeing the endemic Sisserou parrots up close and personal sold me. "The house is new and very clean. Ideally located near Mero and between Portsmouth and Roseau. We'll appointed kitchen. Lots of supplies (towels, kitchen stuff, bed linen, etc). Very quiet neighborhood with security cameras, lights and a steel gate entry for peace of mind. Owner was very responsive with query. Definitely the best place to stay in Dominica so far."

"There was a little snafu when we checked in, as they weren't aware we'd made a booking, but the host was able to quickly got the place ready for us once we got in touch. The apartment is no frills, but it is spacious and has pretty much anything you need for self catering. It's in a quiet neighborhood that is convenient (with a car) to both Roseau and local attractions such as Titou Gorge, Wotten Waven hot springs, Trafalgar Falls, and local adventure companies. We had a great time!"

"This is our second time staying at Balisier, and as usual we had a fantastic stay. The property was clean, very well kept just as the picture and truly a home from home vacation spot. Ryan is a very good host anything we needed he was on the other end of the phone and arranging it, we lacked nothing. Manager/owner Vaughn very helpful. Code opens electric/hydraulic gate at entrance to grounds. Convenient to Batibou Beach (approx 12min by car). Drive to Portsmouth for market days took 18-20min by car."
