"We visited here on a 2 week winter trip to Germany. Front desk staff was friendly and enthusiastic. They greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was especially spectacular! This hotel was the unanimous favorite of our family. On top of that, Rothenburg ob der Tauber was super cool. We loved it here and wanted to come back and stay longer."

"Fantastic old properly but with modern features. Some old hotels show signs of age but the owners of the Eisenhut have made sure that things are clean and new without spoiling the charm of a century’s old building . Brilliant location , very attentive staff. No cons at all with the hotel, but for info don’t follow set nav when Christmas markets are on , all surrounding roads around the hotel are blocked off . So it may be better asking for the car park location and parking first as this is outside of the no car zone and easily accessible. "

"We stayed at this hotel during the Christmas season. We were going to Nuremberg for the Christmas Markets, however we really wanted a hotel outside the centre. I think that we made the best decision when we opted for this hotel. It is right next to a park and once you arrive, it feels like there is nothing else except this hotel and the park around it. The Christmas decorations outside the hotel and in the reception area added to the touch of sparkle in this place. The lady at the reception welcomed us and helped us in our queries on our arrival. The room was both comfortable and clean. Breakfast offered a wide selection to your liking. I would also like to mention that there is enough parking space in front of the hotel. I only wish I could have stayed longer or at least I could be there once again in my lifetime. We are very satisfied that we have chosen this property for our short stay in this area and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone reading this review."

"The most quaint hotel in the most quaint town. The hotel lobby and dining rooms maintain the old town German feel, while the rooms are modernized and luxurious. We could not recommend this hotel more!!! You will feel like family when you’re there. "
