Only small downside is nearest restaurant for dinner is a short 5 minute drive away but the quiet location right on the sea more than makes up for this. Wish we had stayed here longer than one night. "The staff is kind, the decoration is nice, the area is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Nice atmosphere. The bathroom is really small, needs renovation, and the tap was problematic. The place is far from Aegina town, and quite isolated (no shops nearby, and I doubt there is any public transportation to use - this might be a problem for people who arrive there and do not have a car). The location shown on the map when we booked was wrong and we got the impression that the hotel was in Aegina town...

"Our stay at Opora was incredible from start to finish. The grounds and pool areas are so relaxing, planted with mature gardens, vines & olive trees. Breakfast is extra special - local produce with fresh and tasty smoothies all served to you in a private area outside your room. There is a small onsite deli where you can also get dinner and drinks etc. Most importantly, the staff are so lovely and bring such a calm atmosphere! Can’t recommend enough!! "

"We (family of 5, 3 teenage girls) enjoyed our stay at this house a lot. It was extremly quiet, as no neighbours were around. The pool as well as the house were clean, and regularly the pool man Kosta came to check on it. The house itself is very spacious, large living room. You can walk by foot on a gravelroad to the beach (5min), where it's not a sandy beach, but the water is just perfectly clean and nice. We also enjoyed other beaches in the area, as well as visiting the archeological sites....
