Very nice T3 near lake and old town with large terrace

Apartment completely renovated in a decor "Bohemian" located in the city center a few steps from the lake (5 minutes walk) and close to the old town (historic district 10 min walk).

It is located in a luxury residence with lift.

The accommodation is composed of:
- a living room with open kitchen;
- 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed 160 and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds);
- a bathroom with bath (possibility to take a shower thanks to the wall and the long flexible) also equipped with a washing machine;
- and an independent toilet.

It also has a magnificent terrace of 35 m2 where you can eat (table and chairs) and tan quietly (2 chairs).
The apartment is perfectly arranged and without loss of space so convenient to live and has plenty of storage space.

You will have a garage that is located 50 meters from the building.

Ideal spot for exploring Annecy
Lovely apartment, ideally situated fairly close to the lake. The terrace was perfect for breakfast and evening dining. The apartment was directly above a small supermarket so perfect for groceries

So much of this property is wonderful; location, comfort, terrace. However, we were not impressed with cleanliness; many of the utensils were dirty and there were parts of the bathroom that had not been cleaned.There were stains on the toilet wall. The information on the flat is somewhat misleading. The multi function oven/microwave is in fact just a posh microwave and the multi function aspect is merely what you would expect from a microwave ie defrost, re heat,cook etc. Perhaps there has been a misunderstanding in translating the original french into english. The oven situation, coupled with there only being two hob plates, called for a certain amount of creativity to enable self catering. Overall, a lovely place to stay; we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. One small suggestion: a barbecue would be perfect on the terrace!

Die Lage in Annecy ist gut. Man ist relativ schnell in der Altstadt und am See. Die Einrichtung ist relativ abgewohnt und nicht so stylisch und hell wie auf den Fotos.. Auch mussten wir z. B. erst einmal die Glühbirne in der Toilette austauschen An Ausstattung ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Unser größter Kritikpunkt ist jedoch die Garage. Mit einem Passat besteht keine Chance, darin einzuparken. Maximal für einen Kleinwagen geeignet.

Très bien placé . A 15 minutes à pied de la plage d'Albigny et du vieil Annecy. L'appartement est très agréable avec sa terrasse ayant vue directe sur la Parmelan. Un petit Casino est en dessous du logement -> pratique. Le garage est moins top mais c'est bien utile car toutes les places de parking sont payantes. L'accueil avec la bouteille de rosé et le linge de maison est bien agréable aussi.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement joliment décoré au cœur d'Annecy. La proximité de la ville permet de tout faire à pied sans utiliser la voiture .Tout a été prévu pour que le séjour se passe le mieux possible. Nous remercions Elsa qui a toujours répondu très rapidement pour toutes nos demandes et qui a fait le maximum pour nous satisfaire.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement où tout peut se faire à pieds La terrasse est grande mais bruyante (elle surplombe un grand carrefour) et il y a beaucoup de vis à vis. Elle mériterait d'être rafraîchie et mieux équipée.

Très bel appartement, moderne et fonctionnel, conforme à la description et aux photos. A quelques minutes du lac et du centre-ville à pied. Et une hôte aux petits soins ! Seul point de détail : une quinzaine de marches à monter avant d'avoir accès à l'ascenseur.
