Located in the center of Annecy in the main shopping street of the city this apartment is a haven of peace with its balcony on the other side on a large quiet park. A dream location to discover Annecy by foot: Lake City and sees 5 min.

40 m2 apartment with 1 bedroom that opens and closes with Japanese panels which gives a large living room of 30m2 overlooking a lovely balcony. 1 real bed + a sofa bed with linen and towels provided.

Located in the pedestrian zone and the main shopping street over the city, you are next to the Courier shopping center: supermarket, 10 cinemas, Fnac, H & M, Zara ...
The beaches are 10 minutes walk, the old town and the tourist office at 5 min walk, you can not be at the center of the city of Annnecy!

The apartment is close to the train station (2min walk)
If you come by car:
An underground parking and secured a fee is just below (20m). The Carnot Parking

La location idéale
Quatre jours délicieux de découverte d'Annecy ! Olivier, le propriétaire, nous attendait devant la porte de l'immeuble pile à l'heure convenue pour nous faire découvrir son appartement joliment décoré, idéalement situé dans une rue piétonne, à 5 mn de la gare, de la vieille ville, du lac. Propreté des lieux impeccable, un grand lit et un canapé convertible d'un confort étonnant, un balcon (donnant sur un parc) où il fait bon prendre le café du matin ou l'apéro du soir, une baignoire pour se délasser après une longue balade sur les bords du lac, une cuisine bien équipée, des adresses de restaurants recommandées par le maître des lieux et... un calme souverain ! Que du positif, à recommander, surtout en duo (la chambre n'est séparée du salon que par deux panneaux de toile). Bonus, un départ tardif nous a été généreusement accordé pour coller avec notre horaire de train du retour. Merci Olivier !

Ein Appartment mitten in der Stadt. Alles ist in kurzer Distanz per Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr netter und zuverlässiger Vermieter. Die Ausstattung des Appartment ist eher einfach, aber vollkommen ok.
