Les Rêveries-beautiful apartment in the heart of the historic center

Nice apartment of 50m² completely renovated including:
1 entrance with beautiful fully equipped American kitchen: dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, multifunction oven, stone worktop, the kitchen is lit by a window and a French window opening onto an interior balcony
1 corridor serving in order: toilets (separated from the bathroom), a bathroom with shower cubicle, heated towel rail, hair dryer and a bedroom, the corridor then leads to a large living room of 25 m² with exposed stone walls, flat screen TV, a sofa easily convertible into a comfortable bed for 2 people, a pretty dining area, a double glazed French door again gives access to the bedroom equipped with a queen bed 160x200.

All rooms have blackout curtains or blinds, perfect for a restful sleep

The apartment is located in the historic center, in a quiet pedestrian street. The lake is close by. The district is lively with many restaurants and you can stroll along the streets and the quays of the Thiou canal to discover the city and its attractions. A beautiful food market takes place 3 times a week in the neighborhood and a flea market takes place in the old quarters every last Saturday of the month. In addition to all this, water activities (beach, swimming, boating) and numerous hikes in the surrounding mountains will keep your leisure time occupied.

Great apartment backing up to the canal
This place is a great option for those looking to stay in the middle of Annecy. Everything is nearby but it’s very quiet in the apartment. Dominique made everything easy.

Fabulous
Loved this place. Self check-in was easy, and the place has lots of charm. It’s also spic ‘n span clean. Great location, and I also had a chance to meet the owner, Dominique, who is very nice. Planning to book this apartment again next year.

Short stay in Annecy
The apartment is amazing! Right in the centre of the old town, it has real character. It has a small kitchen with everything you need, a lovely sitting room with views over the cathedral, and a very comfortable sofa bed. The bedroom was also fine. Excellent Stay in Annecy
This was a nifty little apartment. The location couldn’t be beat. It was a bit of a climb to get to the third floor but we didn’t have a lot of luggage so it was fine. There was a school of music across the street so we constantly heard music from 9AM-9PM - some of it quite good, some of it quite bad. The place was clean and well furnished. I would recommend it for a stay in beautiful Annecy.

Great Stay in Carcassonne! Le Voltaire was Excellent
Loved our stay in Carcassonne at this spacious, clean and quiet apartment! The location to everything is great! My wife & I for the state of Oregon-USA were on a 30 day driving tour of France. We stayed 2 nights. Very comfortable bed, windows that opened for wonderful September air & a very modern nicely remodeled apartment. You can easily walk to La Cite & the Castle. Book online the castle tour to save time-go early. We walked the castle in the evening and during the day. This property is an easy walk from the train station too. We enjoyed exploring the area, a wonderful square with shops, grocery and restaurants close by. Loved the wine & kitchen shop in the square. One restaurant we strongly recommend is Brasserie a 4 Temps-5 minute walk from the apartment. We had an amazing 3 course lunch. Dinner-make a reservation. We had a car which we parked right across from the church square at a very reasonable cost. Get the parking app. Dominique was great with communication and support. We had 3 large bags we hauled up the stairs so either pack light or haul bags-we're in our early 60's. We would definitely stay here again. Merci Beaucoup!

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful city
The property was truly amazing. Perfect central location in the city, with quick access to all Annecy had to offer. The apartment itself was fantastic, spacious living space with a cozy feel. Our only issue was the hot weather, but the apartment had several fans available that helped keep it cool. I would highly recommend to anyone planning to stay in Annecy.

A wonderful apartment and location in Annecy Old Town
Les Reveries is a wonderful and centrally located apartment adjacent to the canal but with windows overlooking the conservatoire. It was an ideal base for our 5 day stay in Annecy with numerous cafes, bistro's and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Just an easy 8-10 minute walk from the train station and just 5 minutes to the lake. Superb street market on Tuesday and Friday of our visit. Dominique could not have been more accommodating and was very knowledgable about local trips, tours, walks and bike rides and hire. We had a superb stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

Super central apartment
Amazing location next to the main canal, a stones throw from the Annecy market and In amongst the restaurants and shops of the old town. Apartment had everything we needed, including a comprehensive kitchen. Sofa bed was comfortable for our two kids. We loved Annecy and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this apartment again. Special mention to the beautiful, characterful stairwell!

We have stayed here four times in total, as this apartment is in a perfect location for visiting the beautiful old town of Annecy. The apartment is clean and well presented, and despite being very central is quiet and relaxing. Will definitely come back here again.

Stunning apartment in a great location in the middle of Annecy Old Town. It was comfortable, cozy, and with plenty of amenities to make you feel at home. Dominique provides plenty of information about the apartment, and also about activities in the local area. She is also very easily contactable if you have any questions. Dominique was unable to meet us for check in, so instead provided very detailed instructions for us to access the apartment and arranged to catch up with us the following day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fantastic property, and Annecy in general. Would definitely recommend.

Great location. Short walk to the train/bus station. Building with lots of character. Pleasant and charming host. 3 flights of stairs, but don't let that stop you. The building is old, but the apartment is updated nicely. Even the stairs are charming in this old building. And you will love Annecy.

A wonderful stay in Annecy
We couldn't have been happier with the property, its location and all the help the owners provided. Dominique was instrumental in helping us secure a vignette (temporary license) for our rental car by going to the appropriate office before it closed on the Friday of our arrival. Huge help! Her husband has expertly renovated the spacious upper-floor Kitchen/Bath(shower, sink, toilet)/Living room unit we stayed in. It is truly masterfully constructed - lots of charm with two exposed rock walls. Great lighting and outfitted with everything we needed (including a hairdryer). We found the apartment to be perfectly located -- right in the heart of the old city and a pleasant five minute walk to the lake. There are three flights of stairs to the unit (two of them winding); but as two reasonably fit 50+ year-olds we were able to negotiate them without problems. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet apartment in the middle of old town with lots of ambience
Dominique, our host, went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable and solved an emergency problem for us when we discovered we had left our wallet in a patisserie in a town quite a few miles away. We stayed in the apartment “Les Reveries”, in a perfect location in the middle of the old town, close to the canals and lake. Very quiet, comfortable bed.

Surprise in the center of beautiful center city
We were only here for one night but wish it was longer. Flat was amazingly clean and warm welcoming. Check in and checkout we’re flexible. Our host was kind and very informative. Stairs aren’t easy but us and the children managed fine. Loved having the windows open and hearing the songs from the music school across the way!
